My friends and I just got back from an overnight stay and it did not disappoint. At check in I asked if there was any upgrades available and Oscar really went above and beyond to make this girls trip a memorable one. He upgraded our regular room to a beautiful suite at the oasis for only $200 more a night. It had a living room, two bathrooms, and a balcony view of the guitar hotel so that we could watch the light show from the comfort of our own room. My friends and I are teachers and this is the third year in a row that we visit here the week before school starts back up and this was the perfect Way to unwind before heading back to work next week. Thank you Oscar and the rest of the staff for being so amazing.

Wonderful week stay with friends at the Hard Rock Hotel which is the building with the quieter pool-but it didn’t open until 12 during the week (downside) but the other pools opened earlier. Facilities really clean, employees super friendly especially Chico Black at the Hard Rock Cafe bar. Visited all the restaurants which we all gave high marks—particularly the Chinese food restaurant, Bol, which was quick, yummy and convenient, and Rise which was wonderful for breakfast—thank you to Irwin for the fresh squeezed OJ! Masks are optional and it was crowded on Friday night in the casino. Smoke-free slots area was a nice break from time to time. This place is huge and fun. Bring your sneakers! Felt like a big cruise ship without the ocean, and music and memorabilia were everywhere! No maid service right now unless you’re there more than 4 nights, but that wasn’t a problem. Dreamy beds and fabulous shower; walls a bit thin—you may hear your neighbors. AC was perfect everywhere. Really a very nice time! Wouldn’t suggest you bring your kids although we saw many families together. It’s really a fun adults playground. Some understaffing and reduced hours for some amenities were what made this review 4/5, but go if you’re considering this place! We can’t wait to return!

I had the most amazing massage with Chile yesterday. First off, the facilities.....Amazing!!!! They have the indoor/outdoor spa area that are beautiful. So so many things to do. Wet/dry sauna. Meditation room, nap room, rock salt room, jacuzzi, outdoor jacuzzi, pool. The tropical vibe is so South Florida. I told my hubby I don't wanna leave! The massage: I get massage every week at home and have had massage everywhere you can imagine. Chile was spectacular. I fell asleep and stored for over 30 minutes. I told her I had knots in my shoulders she said Oh I'll get those out. My God did she?! She worked them out so good put me to sleep like a baby. The last part of the massage, she sat me up and did my scalp. She worked my hands and feet like I use them everyday!!!! I'm going back as soon as I can!

We stayed at the Hard Rock from Saturday to Tuesday. This resort is nothing short of amazing. Guests could easily spend 4 or 5 days here and still have much to do and see. There is no shortage of activities for adults. For families with young kids, the pools are the primary amenity. There are no kids club programs or child care offered, so plan accordingly. For those looking to book, do it earlier as opposed to later for the absolute best rates. Weekend rates (Friday & Saturday) are on the higher side per night and seem to range between $500 - $1000. Week day rates are much more reasonable. On the weekend, we noticed many large groups young people. They were extremely loud and could easily be heard from the hallway throughout the early AM hours. We even saw the box from an air mattress sitting next to the trash near the elevator. If traveling with younger kids, keep in mind that they could and probably will be awakened by large groups of inconsiderate party goers on a Friday or Saturday night. The operator does not connect to the front desk or anyone in the hotel so guests are forced to make the trip to ask hotel staff any questions, in person. This should be improved by Hard Rock.
