very bad experience with Casino dealer and floor manager with bad attitude at table games. The dealer was very impatient and gave me nasty looks when we were playing at the table games. And when we trying to make a complaint, the floor manager did not even want to listen and just wanted to get rid of us. We then had to talk to another manager who told us that he would deal with it and talk and warn the deal and the floor manager, but not sure if they actual would.

This is a really great casino/hotel. The staff is very friendly, check in was a breeze. They have a very big casino floor with a large non-smoking room next to the casino. It's fun to walk around the place and see all the old clothes and guitars that were used by the rock and roll stars. The hotel has a large number of restaurants and a food court. The restaurants are all reasonably priced and Rise restaurant was open 24 hours, very convenient for a late meal. I stayed in the Guitar Hotel and it was really nice, the room was large and the bathroom ridiculously large. The room was very clean and housekeeping was always available. One of the nice features about the hotel is the large number and size of the pools. The only downside is you really need a car to get to the beach but outside of that minor problem I just love this place. I plan to return in the next few months.…

I used to stay here and it was a luxury hotel. Now it literally feels like a motel, no exaggeration. My rooms tv didnt work, it had a used robe hanging up, my neighbors were yelling and screaming all night, the toilets in the casino were DISGUSTING. No one cleaned them at any time when I was there, urine and feces in the toilets at all times. The trash was overflowing in the parking lot. When my partner and I decided to leave early on day 2 of our vacation at 2am because our neighbors would not stop yelling, I brought my concerns to the night manager, Shanae, who was not only not empathetic but extremely rude and said she could do nothing for me other than wave the $80 resort fee. I explained everything that happened, that we were leaving early, and that it was our 6 year anniversary that we could not get back. She stared blankly at me and said she was sorry I felt that way. Awful customer service. I called customer service after and filed a formal complaint and was sent an automated response with no one reaching out to make things right. All they said was they “valued my feedback”. What the h*ll??? This is NOT acceptable. I will never spend another penny at Seminole Hard Rock in Hollywood, FL.…

As a Casino it may be a fun place, but as a hotel, forget about it. It is very expensive and you can be better suited at any other hotel that charges you 30% of the value. At check in, you are not informed about the facilities and events. You have to go after the bellhop in order to get your luggage up as the carts are not available for a self carry of them. If you don't want to pay the valet, self parking is far and you have to figure out the way back to your tower yourself. If you do park valet, attention: apparently there are two different valet companies operating at the Guitar Hotel, and they don't talk to each other. Go after the events taking place there yourself. Nobody will inform you about them. Check-in is at 16:00!!! and the pool closes at 16:45, so forget about your first day usage of it. A daily rate is over 600.00 without resort fees and taxes and not even breakfast is offered. If your order packages online through ebay or amazon, take heed: you will have to walk a lot to a FedEx office to get them and sometimes, for an unknown reason, they are at the concierge... and if they are at the Fedex office, ypu pay 2.00. If not, you don't pay... At this daily rate and with so many downsizes, I do not see a reason to stay there apart from having the conveinence of using the casino and taking the elevator afterwards for a bed and a bathroom. A little too pricey for that...…

Had a comp room for my birthday, did not get what was reserved. I had the guitar hotel, two queens, pool view, non smoking. Was booked a month in advance you’d think the room would still be available. Ended up getting hard rock hotel standard room. Alarm clock didn’t work, drain in the sink was broken, mirror in bathroom with LED lights wasn’t functional, drain in the shower was rusting out. With all the money I spend at the casino it would’ve been nice to get the room I actually booked. Everything is overpriced which probably isn’t a surprise but 3 people for a day at the pool is $300 in drinks and 2 pizzas. Disappointed. Casino is very nice and lots of different slot machines and it’s all very clean. Very very easy to get lost in there and not know where you are. Overall it wasn’t the worst but I’m underwhelmed with my experience. Would I pay $800 for 2 nights? Absolutely not. …

Warning - Safety danger! After cleaning, housekeeping left my door open, ajar, blocked by the safety latch such that it wouldn't close and was open to the world this past Friday from 4:30 p.m. to 3 a.m. If management cared at all, I sure couldn't tell from their response to date. This was an extreme breach of all safety protocols and exposed my room contents to theft and me to the possibility of an intruder upon my return to the room.

2nd time we stayed at the guitar hotel this time the room wasn't as nice as the first time, the hallway on the 9th floor smelled like someone was growing weed,our room wasn't as clean as the first time, very dusty, splatter stains around the toilet, toilet paper dispenser broken,the sliding walls between the room and bathroom hadn't been cleaned in a while. Still had a good time and great meals in All the restaurants, room service was ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐,staff very nice.

I usually don’t write reviews, good or bad… i feel it’s bad karma. However, our stay at this resort was one of the worst. We reserved a junior balcony suite for $1000 a night… our shower head was full of mold, we cleaned it ourselves…. Couldn’t get extra towels for the life of us, fridge was broken, which we fixed ourselves. And to boot we tried to play in the high limit slots,…. Planned on spending a lot of money, but we’re denied! Denied gambling in a high limit slot area… we came from Michigan to gamble and were denied! Worst experience of ever: go to vegas. You’re treated far better. This place is a joke.

My wife and I stayed overnight at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. The following morning we waited for the valet to bring our car to the front. As we waited we heard a loud bang, and scratching noise from the below ground parking garage. The valet had wrecked our car, and with very visible damage, the young man attempted to hand me my keys. An accident report was taken, and although the accident occurred in March, Hard Rock still has not reimbursed me for the damage to my vehicle and the rental fees accumulated. Worst valet and hotel ever.

Very intriquing. The guitar hotel was amazing and awesome to look at during the night. The guitars of great performers such as Clapton, Santana and many others is definitely a highlight. Great place to spend the day and night at.
