Always a relaxing time at the Enchanted Isle Resort. Restaurants and shopping are close by. Because it was windy, I stayed at the resort more this trip. All of the staff are helpful and friendly. Never a problem wearing my G's at the beach, pool, and around the resort.

We absolutely LOVED it because of the location right on the beach and its closeness to the Broadwalk (but not too close). We had a second floor unit facing the ocean. We went to sleep listening to the waves and woke up to amazing sun rises. Ten steps from our door to sand and we generally shared the beach with maybe two other couples. The staff were all great and super helpful.
All that being said, we are low maintenance people and the resort itself is kinda dumpy. Our room was reasonably clean and the bed was comfortable. Its just that the room had a lot of miles on it: counter tops were chipped, drawers were broken or repaired for the 10th time, walls patched, etc, etc. We decide not to even try the pool. For the one day that we wanted pampering by a pool, we went on "resortpass.com" and bought a day pass to Margaritaville's pool $60/ea. If you want luxury accommodations, stay somewhere else. If you want some peace and a beautiful beach trip, stay here. Again we loved it for what it was and would definitely come back if we could get a similar ocean front room.

Excellent stay. Very nice staff, great location, and nice condo. I felt very safe in regards to covid 19. Staff was always cleaning and really working hard to keep things sanitized on the grounds. The beach was right out the door and was a nice area. Walking distance to boardwalk with restaurants/stores/bars, but hotel at quieter area of beach. Loved my stay.

We have been going to Enchanted Isle for years, unfortunately, our stay was less than acceptable. Every year, the condition of the resort is worse. It is obvious that the materials used were cheap and did not work. For example, in room 203, the shower is cracked. I had to request cleaning supplies to mop the floors and clean the apartment. The dishes and silverware were dirty, and when my niece came, since they were also staying in another room, her feet were black from the dirty floors. The condition of the unit deteriorating is one thing, but lack of cleanliness is completely unacceptable for the number of points charged. The pool was not cleaned during our week stay and the motor of the pool was not working. The water was full of bugs and the water was murky. It was truly disgusting. The office staff was very nice, but there was nothing for them to do to alleviate the situation. There were 2 guys that worked on the grounds, and they were great and the only ones that were always working on the common areas. However, the cleaning staff were few and obviously no one supervised their work, since if they had, it would have been apparent the poor cleaning job they performed.

for late check ins, look next to the door for instructions because nowhere in their phone message do they ever mention what the after hours check in process is and RCI has no clue either. The resort tells you in their flyer that you need to call them to make arrangements during business hours. Who has time to be calling resorts when you're trying to make your security check in and dealing with flights/car rental pick up. The hotel does not bother to call you if they see you're not going to make it on time to check in before they leave for the weekend. I'm out $400 because whoever left for the weekend, didn't bother to turn on the outdoor lights so I could see the instructions by the office door since it was dark, and nowhere on their phone message does it tell you to look for the phone outside the door with the instructions on how to get your room key from the drop box. My loss is your win because now I'm telling everybody who can listen so they don't make my same mistake of believing these resorts care about the consumer to try to make your life a little easier.

The beach is beautiful and fairly private. The resort is small, clean and provides basic services, but the main attraction is the beach. If you like going for along walks on the beach or on a broad walk that overlooks the beach this is the place for you. If you like to ride your bike, this is also a great place for bike riding. I like to surf fish and early in the morning and in the evening when the lifeguards are not on duty I can do that. I didn't catch any fish, but who really cares. If you live close enough to drive, I'd pack a beach umbrella, a bike, raft and stand up paddleboard if you have one.

First of all this is very nice located property between Ft.Lauderdale and Miami with full access to the beach. That's ALL good about this place. Resort if you can call that a resort, is very out dated and not clean at all. We found a shoe under the bathroom vanity and used bar of soap from prior guests that stayed there before us. We stayed there for two weeks and there was cleaning done (if you can call that cleaning) on Saturday between weeks, I guess they call that Cuban Style mopping. Not much done...
There is 1 and half bathrooms in the 1 bedroom unit and both very unfunctional, with no where to to keep your hinges nor anything else. ONLY stand up shower and is so small that if you shave your legs your butt is touching the other wall and you are bumping into the other side with your head. If someone is sleeping on pull out sofa in living/dinning area has to come through your bedroom to shower. And if the pullout sofa is open there is no room to go by to the kitchen.
Bed in the bedroom is a Queen size and very uncomfortable when one person moves the other one feels like it will be falling off that bed. Stairway rails out side they are so dirty that your hand get stock to them when holding them. OH, there is no handicap parking at all at this place and spaces are tight. There is no ceiling fans in the units and the registers that blow air are so dirty that all that dust get stock to the texture ceilings and walls, disgusting.

We enjoyed our vacation to this resort as the rooms provided a great view of the beach and you were just steps away from it! The rooms and the grounds are clean and the staff is very friendly. Beach and lounge chairs are provided along with beach towels. It’s in a great location where you can walk to the Hollywood Beach Boardwalk. We will definitely return here in the future!

This place is old, outdated, totally lacking in charm! They seem to be relying on the beach as the end all, be all of their being. We were on a first floor two bedroom unit which was too small to be considered a two bed unit. The ceiling had absolutely no sound proofing, and we heard every foot fall and chair shuffle and bouncing ball sound made. The people upstairs were not doing anything wrong or what have you. It was just plain, the building's poor, non existent soundproofing! The kitchen was terrible! If you left a used piece of silverware, pans, or whatever, in the sink, these tiny silvery ants would come out in droves within minutes, and the whole sink would be covered! The cabinetry was very old and shelves were separating apart. The countertops were old and beat up. The smell in the room was a kind of musty moldy smell that never left. The floor was so filthy that even after a shower your feet would be black when walking from the bathroom to the living room. Our experience was so bad we left two days early, NEVER to return. They can keep their beach!!!!!
