Fun and relaxing. A great destination spot or a camping adventure. 72 degrees year round. A touch of the wildlife while you float is an added bonus. You do have to walk a bit to get to the springs. You'll want flip flops. They provide string for you to tie it to your tube. The little town on the way.... More

The water is gorgeous but it all goes down hill when you get out and go to your campsite. The front desk screwed up my reservation. I couldn't find my unmarked spot so employees had to show me. I get the rv parked and tent campers loaded in next to me so they had a plug for their radio. There... More

After reading some poor reviews of this campground, we took a chance on Valentines Day weekend and camped three nights. Fortunately, there were many water and electricity sites that were available, and we asked for a site away from possibly noisey groups. I'm glad we did, because these groups were loud and hollering. Quiet hours don't start until midnight and... More

Been going here since 1992..Lots of changes through the years. Used to tent camp, weekends are noisy, but who cares. Now we have a camper (we're older now) lol, and we now prefer going here during the week…no crowds, noise level at night is mostly owls, and night sounds, peaceful, river is uncrowded and it is purely heaven. So, if you... More

My husband and I took a snorkel trip to Ginnie Springs - it was recommended by a fellow snorkel-er when we visited Blue Springs State Park. Ginnie Springs is privately owned so there is a fee to enter the park. Park usage, kayak usage, boating, scuba diving (divers must register), camping etc. have different fees (we paid like $20 for... Nice place to stay, we camped out at a primitive campsite. Wonderful springs for swimming, we used it as a jumping off point to explore the other area springs. Highly recommended to all looking for a place to stay in the area, noise wasn't too bad. Overall good experience.

Good spot for a check-out dive trip for my teenager. October 24-25 trip, and at this time of year in particular, one really needs wet suit and booties, as the spring water is a constant 72 degrees. Gloves also a plus. Went into High Springs to Great Outdoor Restaurant which was very nice.

We went for a weekend trip. Had THE best time ever! The springs were so clear and beautiful! The grounds were super nice. The country store had everything we needed. The staff were very nice. We swam in the springs and then floated the river which I had never done before. It was so much fun! The next day we... More

I've had many friends rave about this place so I had to check it out. My girlfriend and I were traveling back from Atlanta to Sarasota,FL and decided to stop and spend the day at Ginnie Springs. I'm glad we did! Yes, there were people drinking. It was the beginning of August so lots of young people. Grade school to... More
