We arrived at the Beachwalk Elite Hotels Resort and Emmanuel greeted us at the entrance. He was sooooo friendly and professional. The lobby was so busy but he took the time to take care of everyone. I highly recommend Emmanuel!
Enjoyed the past 5 days at this well located and beautiful property. The management for the Beachwalk Elite Hotels team was amazing. They helped me navigate the location as a traveler and in a difficult moment, helped to find places to eat and shop. Large one bedroom with with full kitchen. Security is tight and found that comforting. Would definitely return. Beach was awesome and close by over the draw bridge. I booked directly.
I am staying in the Beachwalk Resort in Hallandale beach Florida and this place is awful. They call it a resort and charge a resort fee but this place is no resort. The rooms are filthy and we had requested our rooms be cleaned daily since we are here one week ago. They came once. We needed towels to shower and they said we don’t have any for 5 straight days. The carpets in the rooms seem like they haven’t been vaccinated in years. The building seems like it was nice when it was built but it is literally crumbling. There are 2 elevators for 300+ rooms and whenever we needed one after waiting 20 minutes for one it would be full. The pool is small. Aside from that they would not let me and my kids into the pool area because they claim there’s a 20 person limit due to COVID although there was way more than 20 people there. They never mentioned that to us while booking or checking in. There is no customer service here and when the front desk eventually answers the phone they are nasty and lie to you. We came here with 3 other families and we all experienced the same issues. Dirty nasty rooms. Nasty workers that lie and amenities that are unavailable to paying customers. There are many other places to stay in the area. Do yourself a favor and choose someplace else.…
If I could give this place a negative star rating, I would. I stayed at this hotel between March 30 and April 4 for a business trip and all I can say is that it was a stay from hell. The photos they provide online make the place seem nice and clean, however the pictures are FAKE. I was surprised to walk into my room because it was not what I was expecting to see as the room was old and dirty. First thing I did when I walked into the room was pulled the sheets and comforter aside to make sure I was sleeping on a clean surface. What I found was a dirty and stained mattress. When I told the front desk about the dirt and grime, I was told my entire room would be cleaned and sanitized. This didn’t happen. I went and asked for the status of the “cleaning” and received such an attitude from Antz at the front desk. I was asking him to do his job. Nothing more. Finally, later on that day another member of the front desk team, Noemi, the only good aspect of that hotel (she was great) came to see the state of the room and said she would move me right away, which she did. This room seemed ok until I once again removed the sheets and comforter and found an even dirtier mattress and comforter that had blood stains on them. Aside from the dirty mattress, I pulled the curtains and found a dirty pair of underwear stuck next to the window. Aside from both rooms (1806B and 2703B) being filthy, the hallway wasn’t cleaned as there was food sitting on the ground for over 24 hours which no one cleaned up. As we are in the middle of a pandemic, this place should be cleaned daily as well as sanitized. This place is a health hazard and is disgusting. I highly recommend not staying here and looking elsewhere.…
Extremely satisfied with front desk staff professionalism and attention to customer needs. Every time we (party of 4) placed a request for any issues to be resolved, the front desk staff promptly took care of it. The manager, Jeffrey J. , always had a friendly disposition and went the extra mile to make our stay a very pleasant experience. His customer-oriented attitude is reflected on ALL his staff members, especially Sophia F. who, throughout our 2-week stay, treated us cordially and saw to it that everything we required was provided.
