This place is disgusting, FILTHY, smelly, run down! Carpets and furniture in rooms appear to not have been cleaned in years! They try to disguise the smell with a heavy perfume. Which actually made me sick. We waited for our room to be cleaned, yet when we got in there, there was still popcorn chunks on the floors, missing was cloths, towels. Dirty kitchen counters and the list goes on. 2 rooms, pretty much the same thing. We did not even stay here, we went on the hunt for alternative room and found a CLEAN and not smelly place. Beware! Don't waste your money or ruin your vacation. Views are great, but not worth the filth. One of the photos is of a washcloth after I wiped the so called clean kitchen countertops down, photo 7. I should rate as a zero, but if you don't mind living in a barn, the views give it that 1 dot.

Service was great but cleanliness of the room was horrible. Several broken cabinets, closet door missing, and several light fixtures were out. It was a room for 4 but there is no way 4 people could have stayed in our room with the futon pull out we had. Bed was broken down and futon was not comfortable for sleeping at all. Tiki bar is the only thing that made the trip bearable. I will never stay at this resort again and would never recommend it to a friend.

This hotel advertisement is totally unacceptable! From the hotel website it says, "grab a bite to eat at our signature Bistro or enjoy poolside cocktails." But that was not possible, since we were told restraunt has been closed since we'll before we booked. It says, "Our welcoming, world-class check-in staff" but can say the staff is not world class, they were unprofessional and honestly rude. When we booked we were never notified the hotel lobby and hallways were in this flooded condition, with noisy fans running all day/night or we would have canceled prior to our stay or not booked. We spoke to many other guest at the hotel, who were also very unsatisfied and that were being given refund or voucher, but we were not as lucky. As others had mentioned, elevators are slow and parking that says 25$ online was charged 35$ in person. The private beach are chairs on public beach. It helps the area is nice but would not recommend this hotel. Hope this review helps others, buyer beware especially when booked using Groupon.

Just bad all around. Poor valet service, rooms dirty and dusty, no towels at all upon check in, view of Wal-Mart...just bad. When asked if we could change rooms to at least have a better view, front desk associate lied twice and never accommodated our request. When they do bring towels there not folded and they have the nerve to be stingy with the number provided. I would NEVER recommend to anyone, not even my enemies.

Very disappointed in the room. Full size kitchen without accessories. 2 glasses , 4 bowls. No wine glasses. Here for vacation. Towels stained with black spots , discausting Karpet. We wear our shoes all the time. To get the room cleaned 35.00$ you have to pay. Not worth it because it won t put it cleaner. So we bought our products. When we arrived the kitchen table was all sticky. Anyway. We try passing over that to enjoy our vacation. Did a lot of activities. And the location is very good.
