Proximity to the ski lifts is this hotel’s benefit. Other than that it is rather mediocre and overpriced property exploiting their location. Breakfast is scarce, the staff is nice but poorly trained. To get connected to wifi you have to check in on facebook which is as for me a violation of privacy and simply cheap. Will stay there again if there are no other decent options.

Stay away from this hotel by all means! There are much better places at the same price. Hosts are very unpleasant, and just care about the money. Our flight from Kiev to Ivano-Frankivsk got cancelled due to bad wheather conditions. We were able to arrive in the hotel on the next day. The hosts refused to change our reservation, and wanted us to charge for the first night. They didn't even bother to give us a welcome, and kept us waiting in the reception for hours, until we finally got another booking in a much nicer hotel!

We stayed at Ganz Hotel for 2 nights, having what they call a junior suite with balcony. The room was very clean and, because of the extensive use of natural wood, had a cozy feeling. Also, it felt like above the average sized, being quite spacious. The hotel is rather close to the center of the resort, and it is right near the ski lift number 5, making a good choice for anyone visiting Bukovel. The parking is offered for free, so no extra cost is incurred to those travelling by car. The breakfast was satisfying, although we would have preferred a buffet-style one, which is not available on this location. Staff is polite and friendly, but, unfortunately, not everybody is able to speak or understand English, especially in the restaurant, where also no English menu is available. Otherwise, the restaurant seems high-quality, all the dishes we tried being awesome. A couple that I suppose are the owners are always around to make sure everything is going the way it should go. Some improvements can be made to: - internet wireless connection in the rooms, which is rather poor - tv channels - no English or Western European channels currently available - soundproofing of the rooms - probably the entrance door lets most of the noise to get inside. But all these are rather minor flaws compared to the whole package this hotel is offering to their guests.

We stayed there for 4 nights and it was unpleasant stay! First of all it's not a hotel but guest house. Owners or personnel stay in the reception room the whole day and watch everything out. It felt like we lived for free in this house and came to it as I waited guests. The rules are strict: you have to change shoes to slippers in the sky room where it's extremely hot! They clean there all the time (even when u are there) and move your shoes from one place to another. Once, I was asked what I did in the bathroom as towels are wet and there was water in the floor. I was shocked by the question itself and the way it was asked! First time in many-many travels, I talked to hotel stuff with high voice. She said some other unpleasant words to me. Our friends stayed in Ganz and there it was just perfect!!! We stayed there the whole day and came to our hotel just to sleep. All in all, NOT recommended!

Clean, nice, great condition hotel, close to the slope. Good food, very hospitable personnel. The access to the slope was in the main road. Need to pay attention to the traffic. English speaking receptionist. Great .
