Pricey but really pleasant stay and dining - and want to emphasise that, as notes further below would be more on negative side. Design Property seen its early days but well maintained and nicely designed. Huge bath with glass wall to get a glimpse at mountains through your room - really nice. Comfy bed and pillows Walk in closet is somewhat designed with a view on guests 2m+ only: huge space for dress hangers and suitcases but shelves for any smaller items start at 1m70cm and up Swimming pool The good - sizeable and in fact never been overcrowded. Whether the control process works somehow (see below) or pure luck - dunno Mostly it is all about guests (including infamous combinations of deadly sins of Pride and Gluttony- aka Fat men in speedos) but at least some enforceability of own rules - e.g. no jumping - would be appreciated. In addition chill from outside exit next to kids pool gets really bad during extended outdoor shoot out. Some covid impact here - each room is granted one hour pool and one hour sauna daily. Given both areas are interconnected I was unable to observe any monitoring much less enforcement. Final bit - temperature of water and air fluctuates significantly. And surely no visible thermometers around. Housekeeping in covid times Before you arrive you will be reminded many times that no room cleanup takes place in the presence of guests. Thinking of yours kids schedule you call the "one touch" (out of touch?) service and ask for cleanup 10am-noon - right? You're back at 1, you're back at 2+ after lunch- nothing. And no one to answer at the desk after three consecutive calls. Restaurants Food is pricey but remarkably good, ditto waiters. Funny enough no menu available on web site, but reading is misleading - e.g.B-zone strange dish list is actually quite inventive interpretation of Ukrainian cuisine - akin Kyiv's SHO. Yet sometimes waiters at lobby bar and montblanc just bring your order and rush away avoiding any eye contact - probably not interested that much whether you like what you got or have any extra request. Technology A mix - tells you property opened in good old days. Ski lockers operated by rfid in your key like a charm but elevators, garage (!!! special treat in -15C) and your room lock - by prehistoric unreliable magnetic stripe (same age as in-room "hd ready" flatscreen). Wifi is decent with probably 20mbit sustained rates - no hi-res video streaming but if you lower the bar all is fine. Mobile coverage sometimes spotty: the base station is on the next hill facing the arrow of v-shaped hotel building. So if you face inner area then one or two bars is your limit…
Thank you for our staying ! Excellent Hotel ! We were enjoyed our holiday in this hotel. Very good location, room and breakfast! Spa could be more variety and it will be perfect if you have warm outdoor pool! We hope we will return soon! Thanks for everything!
I really enjoyed my time in the hotel. Everything was on the high level. Friendly staff, the food was excellent. The view from the room was incredible. Room facilities were very comfortable and clean. So I am just waiting for my next stay in a few weeks!
This was excellent trip for my family (2+2). Very tasty dishes in both restaurants. Cool children’s room. The best SPA zone with perfect landscape view. The pillows are perfect! This is the best location in Bukovel for skiing and for having fun
Resting in a hotel with the family since the opening of your hotel. Everything is fine as always. delicious and friendly. The computer program of the network for mutual understanding between the client and the hotel employee and the system has not yet been established. the receptionist smiles, we understood each other ... and the system probably did not ... that is, if she was given the opportunity to make a post, we were not bothered on the same issue again for an hour three times ... And maybe I was wrong, and it's actually a mistake of the receptionist ... but one way or another my family is happy with the rest ,,, Thank you very much
