We went to Gainesville for a Gators Game. The motel was clean and the bed was comfy!! We arrived early and even know our room was not ready, we were able to check in and get our key for later. It made it very convenient for when we arrived that evening! The staff made us fresh coffee in the morning...

We visited my stepson for his birthday (he's in college in Gainesville) and spent 2 nights. The staff were all very pleasant. Rooms were close to awful though. The first room we were in the air conditioner had been leaking onto the carpet, obviously for quite some time judging by the smell of mold/mildew. They did change our room no...

My husband and I stopped for one night on our way into Atlanta. The staff were friendly and the water heat/pressure was surprisingly great. The rooms are so-so (quite standard, but terrible pillows). There was rot that had been painted over too many times on the bathroom wall, and the TV had broken pixels. Although it's located in an okay...

So, I'm going to start with the fact that I find myself very fair when reviewing any establishment or venue(not a snob)...with that said, the front desk staff were nice but not very focused. They were also not knowledgeable about their policies on cancellations. It took us about 20 minutes to check in. The Rooms: the room is not as...

Gross. Old and substandard. Toilet stopped flushing. Ugly bathroom, paint all over the floor. No coffee pot or amenities. No no no! Horrible place . Like a crack house or flop house. Will be looking for a refund .

The bathroom was disgusting, it looked old, rusty and smelled like urine. The towels were so old they looked brownish. The ice bucket was dirty and the vending machine only had Cocke available. The bed was uncomfortable and didn't have a blanket. This is not your standard motel, this place is disgusting!

The lock was broken on the door, so we pushed chair against door for safety reasons. Bed uncomfortable, mattress zero support, sheets and blankets were old , worn, and disgusting. Would recommend sleeping in your car instead of at this place. Stay away.
