We stayed one night in one of the Cottages. We were not aware that check in was before 9pm but they gave us a call about 90 minutes before! On site parking, spacious quaint cottages, lovely made to order breakfast. Good value as well.

All cottages have their own refrigerator, but the rooms in the McKenzie House and Cushman-Colson House do not. However, the two houses have a refrigerator in the common area that guests can use, but it is shared with the other guests in the inn. Yes there is refrigerator space that can be used, but depending on the room rented it may be shared vs. private.
