We've stayed here multiple times and never disappointed. The amenities and staff are amazing. We took advantage of the paddle board and kayak rentals included with our stay and had such a great time. The breakfast at Jacks is great and love the food and drink service by the Octopool from Bongos. The sunset is amazing from the beach and we walked the beach all the way to the town square where there's lots of restaurants and shops. Perfect getaway for couples or families with kids. My husband and I got a couples Swedish massage at Aquagene spa and it was fabulous! Dawn did a great job. We will definitely be back again!
This was our second visit to the Pink Shell. Awesome location right on the beach. The staff at this resort is as friendly as any place I’ve been. You feel like an old friend that is back for a visit. We stayed in the main building, I believe it’s called the White Sands building. Every room looks out at the beach and the water - beautiful. They have a breakfast buffet every morning and it is excellent. There are complimentary lounge chairs, beach towels, and umbrellas available at the beach. Definitely will be going back for a third visit.
I HIGHLY recommend Pink Shell! My family and I just left and can't wait to come back. EVERYONE was incredibly nice and provided EXCELLENT service. The room was incredibly nice, much nicer than expected. The views, the pools, the beach, the activities, I can't say enough. Little details like music that plays underwater at the pool and the AMAZING free breakfast made the experience truly special. My kids most enjoyed the nature walks with Ranger Rob. He was very knowledgeable and approachable, he made learning about the area very fun! Can't wait to visit again!!
Dawn left me feeling like i just downed a margarita and took a hit of another 8 letter word that starts with M!! Definitely would recommend the deep tissue she can go as hard or soft as you need or like. Will be back. Thanks Dawn!
I visited the Pinkshell this weekend for a girls trip. The pool and beachside area was nice, it served its purpose. Everything else, on the other hand was not. We paid way too much for what the hotel had to offer. If you can get this hotel for around $150 a night then it’s worth it, anything more you would be paying too much. I over paid at $350 a night. First day of our stay we enjoyed a nice day at the beach and pool. When we got back to our hotel I ran to the shower. As soon as I turned it on the water came out brown, it was beyond disgusting. Maintenance guy was called and came right away to fix it. However, this made me extremely cautious to use it. The room itself was completely outdated. The toilet ran our entire trip, we had ready unpacked all our belongings so at the point it would’ve been a hassle to request a different room. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. For $350 a night I wish they had some decent bedding but they didn’t. The quilt was very rough and not comforting at all. If you are worried about Covid measures then this place is not for you. They have signs everywhere, but per the front desk manager they are not allowed to enforce the policy. This was an issue at breakfast as they served buffet style and people were going up to the line without masks. We decided not to go back for breakfast. All of this was addressed with the director of operations and he didn’t seam to care. I like to find a place in all the beach cities around Florida that I enjoy and would come back to for future weekend getaways. This is not one of them. I will not be returning here. If you are searching for a place that has a nice beach and pool but don’t care about the quality of the hotel room and getting a good nights rest then this is your place. If all of the above matter in your decision for choosing a place then I wouldn’t come here, I would avoid Ft Meyers beach altogether. The surrounding area didn’t leave much to desire. …
