Plus, you’ll enjoy the conveniences of a superbly appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bath suite, including a full kitchen and full sized refrigerator. Why settle for an ordinary hotel room, when you can enjoy the added value and conveniences of the finest suites on Fort Myers Beach.
Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travelers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
We have been traveling to FMB for over 15 years. We've stayed in other hotels, and condos but Seaside is by far our favorite.
Seaside is located about mid island, which can create a problem with transportation if you don't plan ahead. Even with the new road construction it can take close to an hour to get to Times Square if you don't leave early in the evening. Traveling south is best and there are plenty of great places to eat in that direction.
The office staff is wonderful to work with. They are very polite, prompt and helpful.
The facility is kept very clean on the outside and is located directly across the street from Publix, which is really nice!
The pool has a beach view and is great size. The area also includes a covered grilling area that provides plenty of space to share. There is a pool area bathroom that is accessible with a key that you get when you check in. This is nice because it keeps people from walking off the street from using it. The bathrooms are checked often and kept clean.
The turf area before the beach is well kept, not crowded and they provide chairs.
The beach is well kept and easily accessible from both ends of the building.
The rooms are standard size for the area with 2 bedroom and 2 bath. They kitchens are well equipped and perfect size for cooking any meal. Our unit has always been cleaned very well and we have never had any issues with plumbing, HVAC, or electric. Wifi is ok for what we use it for. It is worth mentioning that each unit is furnished differently as they have separate ownership. The owners are constantly doing updates and renovations. You really should check the website and pick the unit that suits you best. The website is easy to navigate and has loads of pictures of all the units. The office staff will also be happy to help you pick the perfect unit based on your party size and needs.
There is a laundry located on ground level that is very convenient.
Plenty of parking in the lot and some rooms come with covered parking.
Check out is a breeze. You basically strip the beds, put the towels in a pile clean your dishes and take out the trash. Leave it the way you found it, minus the linens.
I would highly recommend Seaside to anyone coming to FMB for the first time or return visit. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

This was our first time in Fort Myers. The location of this condominium was great and beach access was wonderful. Looking forward to return next year. A Publix grocery store was right across the street which was great for us as we could easily buy whatever food and groceries we need it.

Our family has been traveling to Ft. Myers Beach every summer for almost 20 years. We found Seaside Resort 5 or 6 years ago and it is far and away the best on the beach.
Seaside Resort offers a slice of old Florida with all the charm that comes with it. It is far enough away from the congestion at the north end of the island creating a relaxing tropical get away for a great price. Wildlife abounds on the beach including Manatees, Dolphins, and a wide variety of wading birds. The beach is also an excellent location for shelling and fishing.
The Condos are awesome. Our unit offered a full kitchen 2 Bed/2 Bath, living room, and screened balcony with a view. Perfect for families not looking to eat out every night. The added convenience of having Publix across the street is a win win! Our family has a special needs teen and the staff is so accommodating. I can’t say enough positive things about them!
In summary Seaside Resort is the best on Ft. Myers Beach!

One of 3 units that was not remodeled. There was carpet! Ick. The mattress nearest the bathroom in the king bedroom was saggy when you sat on it. Bathrooms were clean, but in great need of a remodel. The dish washer did not work well. The kitchen floor needed better cleaning.
The location was awesome, hearing the waves crash and seeing the dolphins was so relaxing. Being across the street from the Publix store and trolley was so helpful.
The office staff and janitor were very, very helpful and friendly. James did give me an adjustment on our reservation.
All in all this location is one of the best in the area!!

Could not be any closer to the beach!! Sitting on the screened in porch was like sitting right on the sand!! Building is very secure (need a key or passcode to get up the steps and/or elevator.) Our condo was very nice. Plenty of room for four of us. Clean and just as advertised!! Since we flew into town it would have been nice to have a couple beach chairs and an umbrella so the chair and umbrella that we did buy (at Publix directly across the street) we left in the closet of the unit we were staying in.... for the next guy. James was very informative and explained where people, who also fly in and buy beach chairs, leave them under the building when they leave. We were able to grab 3 additional chairs to use while we were there. Beach towels are provided in each unit which is a nice bonus. Restaurants closed rather early in June (most around 8 pm) so we called for delivery most nights. That way we could stay on the beach later and didn't have to get dressed for dinner. Not a lot to do in Ft. Myers but if you love the beach as much as we do.... that wasn't an issue. A great place to kick back, relax and do nothing!!!!

Seaside All-Suites Resort is the perfect place to spend vacation, especially if you love the beach! The unit itself was spacious, had all the amenities one would need when away from home. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware, dishes, baking dishes, etc. Every unit has an ocean view, which we loved! And it was merely steps away from the beach, just a short few steps across the grass! Cannot wait to go there again!

What a beautiful home away from home. Meredith does a phenomenal job of making sure that her guests feel right at home at this amazing beach oasis. She has all the top notch touches that each guest of all ages can enjoy from board games for the little ones to a phenomenal book collection for the adults. There is no need to want at this perfect getaway. Every appliance you will need is there at your fingertips. Enjoy a nice cup of coffee on the balcony listening to the waves crash on the beautiful white sanded beach, enjoy a book poolside or beach side, or have a romantic dinner and watch the amazing sunset that Ft. Myers beach has to offer. Meredith has thought of everything! Please make sure you visit Condo 406 you will not be disappointed. We had the time of our lives relaxing and having family fun. This was my husband and I first time in Ft Myers. Initially, booked a room at a different resort much closer to where all the activities take place. After hearing from a few personal friends who have been there stating that many younger adults stay there and that’s the party spot (which is fine) but we were looking for a more relaxed getaway vs the party seen. I am so happy I cancelled and booked at Seaside Condos, approx 2 miles down the beach. I can’t say enough great things about this place!! Beautiful, well kept and secure condo complex steps away from the beach and a short trolley or Uber ride down to where all the restaurants, shops, bars and activities are, yet far enough away to quiet, peaceful tranquility. We had the best of both worlds!! Loved waking up to palm tree and ocean views every morning while eating breakfast on our balcony Monica in the office was absolutely wonderful!! She will make sure your stay is top notch! Ohhh and I forgot to mention there is a grocery store directly across the street which makes for a huge convenience!! Condo was equipped with everything you need for cooking, eating utensils l, to beach chairs and sand toys. Definitely the best vacation I’ve had since my honeymoon in Hawaii 23 years ago!! We will definitely be back!! Thank you Seaside Resort!!! ❤️

Returned to Seaside after 11 years and enjoyed our stay. Clean suite with balcony only steps from the gulf. Location on Estero Blvd across from Publix and a trolley stop lets you spend maximum time on the beach. We will be back.

Pros: We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival based on location and Publix directly across the street. We had covered parking and a corner unit. The unit was fully furnished with everything you needed to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Every room had television, cards, board games, etc. The unit was very clean.
Cons: The toilet in the master bedroom would have been better if it had an ADA elongated toilet. The stove lacked large burners which made for longer cooking times. The parking lot and beach had numerous trespassers and management refused to address the issue when brought to their attention.
Overall our family vacation was very enjoyable and we enjoyed the overall experience
