I've stayed in many places and this one was great. Staff was amazing, friendly, and the rooms were clean and bug free. I definitely would stay here again. Snack shop is a little pricey, but the convenience stores nearby aren't too bad.
We had spent the week on Marco Island and didn’t want to get up at 03:00 AM to make a early flight. We arrived after 9:00 PM and had a Mobil key on our phone. A good thing since there wasn’t anyone is sight at the desk. The Mobil key worked fine. My first impression was this was a small, older room. The sitting area was tiny, the bedroom area cramped. It had a wall unit heating/AC unit next to the bed instead of central air. There was a mini fridge, small microwave and coffee maker. One large flat panel TV on a swivel so you could sort of watch from the bed or sort of watch from the sitting area. It didn’t really appear to work well for either. Beds are subjective, but the corners were tucked in tight and barely come up to my chest. We also found the room had a lot of street noise. Neither of us slept well. But like I said, this is subjective. The hotel is close to the airport, which was our primary search criteria, so it filled our needs. We checked out electronically, and just like when we arrived, there wasn’t a desk person in sight. For our entire stay we had NO contact with any staff. I suspect this is the way hotels will be in the future, but it has a sort of surreal feel to us.…
This hotel was okay. The rooms have a sitting area which provides some extra space. Regular tub/shower combo. When you walk into your room you’re hit with an over powering air freshener and the smell doesn’t go away. I guess I should give the hotel credit for trying but it’s just to strong. There’s a shell gas station right out front if you want some drinks or snacks and there’s several restaurants/bars out front as well. The pool and gym are open
I chose this hotel for the airport shuttle. I had an early morning flight. The front desk gal put my flight info into the system incorrectly so the driver never showed up, thinking he had no trips to make. There were no ubers. I ended up paying a random guy sitting in front of the hotel $50 to take me to the airport and I almost missed my flight. Never again.
Although the rooms were clean enough, I requested extra pillows and shampoo/conditioner for my family upon check in, didn’t get them. My daughter went down to desk and asked for some pillows and was told they’d deliver them to us, never got them. Our room was facing the pool so we heard everything and there were kids out there easily after 9 in the evening. I thought the window was open at first but the windows are just very old and single pane. So ALL noise will go through them! The carpet in the room had stains on it also. The hotel is a convenient walk to a couple restaurants and Circle K though. I would not stay here again unfortunately.
