I have stayed at this hotel multiple times over the past 5 years. I think it is a really good value. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the front desk staff are friendly and very professional. The location is very convenient. The breakfasts, even during COVID time, are excellent with lots of variety.
No housekeeping. One associate said it happens every 3 days’ another said it had to be requested at check in which I did online checkin and choose the daily option. I later asked for clean towels which never happened and was told there was no key to retrieve them. Horrible stay!!!
Staff was extremely rude and failed to follow proper covid-19 protocols. Breakfast was terrible. Rooms need update and poorly cleaned. Additionally, a terrible incident occurred in one of the elevators, 2 housekeeping staff got on without face covering as required by the property. Upon request of either putting a face mask on or leaving the elevator, one of the employees began to VERBALLY ASSAULT my family and I, additionally to exposing us to covid and yelling in our face WITHOUT A MASK. Management was nowhere in sight “since it was sunday”. Managers response to incident was appalling and lacking professional behavior. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
This hotel does not implement wearing masks properly or at all. Wait until Covid is over if this is a concern for you. Rooms are quiet and nice. Breakfast is greatly appreciated during Covid with outdoor seating. They accept pets and are very welcoming.
Overall feeling that ownership is doing the minimum to retain Hyatt branding. This property has not had a room refresh as others seem to think it has. You can tell by the AV/TV set up that was fresh in 2014. Same for carpet and curtain staining. Breakfast ends at 9am so make sure you get down there if you want it.
