Love the service will stay anytime good clean and very nice like this one price will give you the best chance of the day for family and other people to enjoy their holiday season with you and family to enjoy your favorite holiday
This Hilton was only 5 minutes from the airport and located very near to many food options as well as a movie theater. The room was comfortable, the staff helpful and breakfast is cooked to order. Would definitely stay here again.
We stayed at this property 2 days, first day of arrival and last day before departure. It was so clean you could smell it. It was also quiet and the front desk staff were very pleasant and accommodating.
In the bar no face covering at all. There were signs up stating all must wear mask. The two nights I was there the night food servers or bartender were not wearing a mask. I was gone before breakfast so not sure about morning staff. Very disappointing.
I've stayed at most of the Hilton-brand hotels, in many states and a couple other countries. One reason for this is the reliability and quality of the hotels and especially, their staff. Professional, friendly, helpful, problem-solvers who frequently go out of their way for guests: that is the norm. Unfortunately, this hotel is an outlier in a bad way. Yesterday I booked two rooms for one night - last night - because my 20 year old niece had a very early flight this morning. Along with my 21 year old daughter, we decided to have a girls' night at an airport hotel, plus get an extra hour of sleep (not having to drive up in the wee hours). According to the website & Trip Advisor, this hotel offers room service. That's so unusual at the price point that I called to confirm. Yes, the front desk afternoon employee assured me, Room Service was available until 8:00 PM. She also made a note to give us connecting rooms, which we greatly appreciated. Upon arrival around 6:45, as we were checking in, I asked Robert (from Luxembourg) the front desk attendant to confirm the 8:00 PM ending time. In fact, he said, there is no room service on Sundays. I said that was the entire reason we booked the hotel (there are 4 others within a mile). His reply: silence. I pointed out that we were very disappointed. He, rudely, said at least we got connecting rooms. Pause for more surly silence, then he offered $10 off something from the snack bar. We declined. A few more minutes were required to complete check-in: during none of those did Robert offer an acknowledgement, apology, or any other solution. An hour or so later, he called the room to offer breakfast vouchers, which we declined with thanks nonetheless, since we wouldn't be eating breakfast. This morning, slid under the door: breakfast vouchers. When my girls stopped at the front desk after picking up carry-out to ask if they could grab coffee cups from the complimentary coffee in the lobby, Robert - who moments before had been friendly, smiling, and professional with a male guest - was again rude and grunted a vague affirmative. At check out today, the front desk attendant (different person whose name I didn't catch) asked 'How was our stay'. I replied that it was a mixed bag. Her response? Absolutely nothing. Not a question, apology, concern, no eye contact, nothing. I don't know who hired these people, but they don't belong at any Hilton brand hotel. The cashier at the 7-11 a few doors down was far more professional, competent, and skilled than either of these Hilton employees. Besides that, the AC was very loud (interrupted our sleep in both rooms), pillows too soft, but the mattress was fine, rooms were clean, and the shower was okay. Since there are 4 comparable hotels (one, another Hilton value brand, literally next door) within a mile, I would not stay here again and wouldn't recommend it. Frustrated and disappointed.…
