I can't say enough about Chun, Marvyn and the rest of the front desk staff at the Winterset. Very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way making my trip as perfect as possible. The setting is old world Florida with lush palms over looking all three pools. And the rooms were spotlessly clean. Thanks for your thoughtfulness. Cheers,... More

Winterset is a nice little hotel about 5 minute walk (a couple blocks) west of CENTRAL Fort Lauderdale Beach and the awesome Atlantic Ocean. You can tell that it is an older hotel, but it appeared that room was refurbished. VERY CLEAN. Our room had two queen beds with pillow top mattress and plenty of huge fluffy pillows. There was... Trip took less time then was expected, we were able to check in early. The room I originally booked was not ready yet so they gave us s free upgrade to a 1 bedroom. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was just outside our door and beach was a short walk away. Will stay at the Winterset Hotel when ever... More

We love the option to go to 3 different pools, the staff is attentive and accomodating. The premises are charming, we love to sit on the sofas by the garden. We were there during the July 4th weekend and as expected, it was crowded but fun. There were groups of friends and families gathered by the pools, music, laughter and... More

They didn't honor my reservation of a king bed studio. And place us in a queen dark room queen bed studio. Staff was beyond rude and unaccomodatting. North village hotel group not the best at costumer service! False advertisement! I will think twice at booking here again. I had to show the agent my comfirmation email in order for her... More

For the past five years, my wife and I have been visiting NBV Winterset and Robindale hotels. Initially everything was extraordinary, service, cleanliness, decor, grounds. All rated a 10 in my book. We loved the idea and concept NBV was working towards and enjoyed our time spent for the first four years. This year was like someone turned the lights... More

We stayed here while transitioning between countries. It was a sort of fly in/fly out situation, so we didn't get to spend too much time here. What I saw were helpful staff, and close proximity to the beach and numerous restaurants. The room was spacious and clean, and quite affordable.

I liked this hotel and I'd definitely return. It was clean and the bed was much more comfortable than I would have expected at this price point. Loved the vintage feel and decor. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Pools are open late and a less than 5 minute walk to the beach! Plenty of comfortable poolside seating. Sometimes... More

We stayed here for two nights before our cruise left.We arrived early so they let us keep our luggage in the office and we used the restroom to change into our beach clothes. It is a short walk to the beach (About 2.5 blocks.) There are also free golf cart rides sponsored by Jet Blue The safe in our room... More

Friendly and very helpful staff beautiful secluded spot very close to the beach and bars/restaurants enjoyed everything except the multiple curly black hairs on the bed I brushed them off giving them the benefit of the doubt but then when it was time For bed I lifted up the sheets and there was more hairs plus blood on the mattress...
