When we were there, the gate was never locked, or even closed, and no one will be in the office at those hours. We had no luck whatsoever getting through to anyone on the 24-hour emergency line when we had an emergency, so you might need to make prior arrangements as far as leaving keys.

Hi, can you tell me if the room has a safe? or is there a safe facility?
I think I recall there being a safe in the room inside of the closet but am not positive so I would call/email the management to verify. We did really enjoy our stay there and will go back in the future.

Do you have free airport pickup? Free shuttle to cruise port in Port Everglades?
No shuttle, but the cab from Fort Lauderdale Airport to the hotel and then to the cruise port is less than $20.00 each trip.
