What a great resort! From the minute we arrived until the day we left, it was a perfect stay. Guest suites are beautiful, spacious and spotless! And, that view from the balcony…. peaceful and spectacular! The pool area is also great and staff so friendly. Every employee was kind, courteous and helpful! I would like give special recognition to Raisa who welcomed us at check-in. She was so informative, professional and sweet. SHE made it a nice way to begin our vacation. Also, Tom at the check-in desk was wonderful helping with my husband’s Facebook page. Actually, everyone throughout the hotel made our trip so especially nice. The resort itself is really great and the employees make it even MORE special!

Hotel's Favorite
Love this hotel! First time in Fort Lauderdale and so happy I picked this hotel. I stayed here last week for 4 nights in an ocean view Deluxe Junior Suite. It was worth spending the extra money for a balcony with ocean view I spent many hours sitting on the balcony in the mornings and sunset. Just so beautiful and relaxing! Despite being a large hotel it has such a relaxed friendly vibe. All the staff at the hotel were so friendly and helpful. They are very welcoming and check in on you regularly via text to see how your trip is going. I was on the south side of hotel and hotel room was just as described very spacious and clean. The small kitchen area is great. You can call the front desk to provide you with kitchen supplies which is great if you don't want to eat out every night. If you have a kitchen suite and no car I recommend using Publix supermarket delivery service they deliver within 2 hours and you will need to pick your groceries up from delivery driver at hotel entrance. The only minor negative was that the room had connecting door to room next door so the walls were a bit thin and could hear people in room on that side. The beach is just across the road so very easy access. Beach chairs were included in the resort fee and beach umbrella is $25 dollars per day. The hotel is in a great location. Fort Lauderdale is wonderful, tropical climate and laid back. I didn't hire a car and took Ubers to get anywhere that was more than a walk away but so many restaurants bars and shops are in walking distance anyway so really car hire is not needed at all. There is also the free sun trolley bus that takes you up and down the main Fort Lauderdale beach area. Tip for airport transport: The hotel booked me a Yellow Cab to airport. Very reasonably priced fare at $22. Cheaper than the shuttles. ( I spent $46 on private shuttle on way to hotel) All in all an amazing trip I will definitely be back as this hotel is fabulous! Thank you to all the amazing staff at the hotel!!

This resort is beautiful, but my experience was not. Room was dirty (dried urine on the toilet seat, dirty toilet, hair on the floor/bathroom vanity/couch, dirty toddler underwear behind the closet door)! I heard other guests complaining of their room being dirty when I checked in but didn’t think of anything until I arrived at my room. After speaking with the housekeeper on the floor, my husband and I got settled in. This resort has a beautiful 6th floor pool area with cabanas and lounge chairs and an adjacent indoor bar/cafe. This property is right across the street from Ft Lauderdale beach and within walking distance of many good places to eat. We got rained out and my husband and I ended up taking advantage of the 6th floor cafe and had an expensive small portion meal with GREAT service by the bartender Ryan. After retreating to bed that night, we were woken up around 11pm due to extremely loud music. We filed a noise complaint with the front desk. It took over an hour and multiple interactions and attempts to get a hold of the front desk staff to get resolved. Though we ended up having to go down to the front desk in person to follow up on our complaint, the front desk manager Anthony was very accommodating and immediately sent security and resolved the issue. On a positive note, this resort is right across the street from the beach, two on-site dining restaurants with a gift shop and lobby cafe, 6th floor pool with lounge chairs and cabanas (adjacent to one of the cafes with a bar), decent fitness room and spa, and there’s even a budget rental car kiosk in the lobby. The rooms are lovely with modern decor.

Outstanding hotel and staff. We loved the coastal neutral color decor of the hotel and rooms. Stayed one night in a king one room ocean view and it was outstanding. What really made our stay was the friendly staff. Every staff member we encountered asked about our stay and talked about how wonderful the hotel is. Rarely have I encountered a hotel where every staff member was that engaged with the guests. Parking is valet only and rather pricey.

Dear smitk037, Our team is deeply vested in the quality of our guest’s experiences. It’s wonderful to read that our caring translated into visible efforts on our property’s floor to make stays memorable. To your valet note, we run various specials throughout the year that bundle parking, breakfast, and other optional aspects of our experience into our room rates so keep an eye out for those the next time you join us. Sincerely, Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort

We were greeted by a friendly, professional concierge at the front desk. She was efficient and made out checkin seamless. She was able to accommodate an early check in which we appreciated greatly since we had an early morning fight. Throughout our stay the hotel staff continuously check on our level of satisfaction with the services. They always asked if there was anything else they could do for us to make our stay even better. All of the staff seemed happy with their jobs.
