    Great location
    Walk to the beach in less than 5 minutes, great state park across the street with water kayaking, paddle boarding. Overall, plenty of room in unit. Pool area well maintained, a little gem in Ft. Lauderdale.

    Hi, chess4will. What would you like to know about this accommodation? Hello "agregory910". I have reservation for this month, May 19, 2018, at Coconut Bay. Seeing that you recently stayed here (last month, April) then your review I consider would be excellent. My travel advisor told me that this is a much older resort hotel from the others there in the area, whereby not much on high quality. I've read some older reviews of this place dating as far back as 2008 and 2013, and those reviews were horrible. Is this place really as nice as you say it is?
    The buildings are not new but the interior was remodeled. Fresh paint, new appliances and new furniture. The pool area is very nice. We enjoyed our vacation there..

    We have booked a 2 bedroom for June 2018. Can you tell me what the bed size and bathroom situation is for each bedroom?
