Haven’t been able to make a trip since 2019 and decided it was time. So we booked our first stay at the Pineapple after some friends left another resort and came here due to ownership changes causing the resort to not be what it used to be there. The property is like being on a hidden tropical island. And we were blown away by the staff’s attentiveness to the details of making their guests feel like this is a second home! From ordering food and bringing it to you wherever you are on the property to a daily happy hour, they even got a cake for my husband’s birthday from me during our last evening to attend happy hour and surprised us with balloons and a “Happy Birthday” banner on our bed! The owner even stopped us while walking back to the cottage we were staying in once to ask if he could being us a piece of one of his aloe plants he grows for my husband to put on a sunburn! He even stood on cottage’s patio with us and cut the aloe for him to apply! We’re already planning our return to our new home away from home next summer!

Tucked in the historical Victoria Park neighborhood this property is amazing. A quiet tropical setting, awesome staff and delicious continental breakfast. We stayed for the weekend and met a lot of really nice people. Very clean and well maintained. Will definitely stay again.

This is our 3rd stay at Pineapple Point and just like our previous visits we loved every minute of it! The level of service provided by the entire team is outstanding! Everyone is super friendly and happy to help with whatever you may need. The family atmosphere the Owners and staff have created in this beautiful tropical oasis in the heart of Fort Lauderdale located only minutes away from Las Olas and a short drive from Wilton Manor is unique. Can t wait for our next visit!

Just wanted to give a warm thanks to the staff.  Especially Dennis!  Thank you so much for your kindness.  We live in Fort Lauderdale but our home caught fire, and it forced us into hotel living.  The Ins. Company suggested we stay in a Marriott.  After three days didn’t see how we could live in a hotel and maintain a normal life. We tried another men’s resort close to the beach, but it was really sterile and uninviting.  We decided to try Pineapple Resort and what a good decision.  We have stayed at gay resorts all over the world some claiming to be the best. Pineapple Point beats everyone of them hands down.  From the cold towels and water at reception and the welcoming attitude, it feels like home right away.  The rooms are more like studio apartments and they have much nicer ones than we stayed in.  They’ve thought of every amenity possible.  Including Martini glasses in the freezer.  While we are not Martini drinkers, we appreciated the thought and detail that went into every room.  Each is unique and has eclectic décor.  Things like umbrellas in every room.  An area to pick up beach chairs and bags for a day out. The amenities they offer are actually better than some five-star hotel club lounges.  They have every sort of breakfast item you can think of.  Unlimited free bottled water and other drinks like Almond milk to give an idea or the variety.  Things like small packages of sharp cheese, snacks are left out after breakfast most of the day.  Fresh fruit cups in the refrigerator but too many things to mention. The grounds are almost magical.  It’s like being in a tropical forest. Every turn around the property is like an adventure. The owner is out every morning tiding the walkways. You can tell his is a labor of love. One of the nicest things is the staff worked to get us in a room for a long as possible.  We know that had to be a juggling act but their kindness did not go un-noticed. We usually go to Key West twice a year for a change.  I have to say we are going to have stay vacations at Pineapple Resort.  There is just so much more to do in Fort Lauderdale than Key West. Thank you again to the incredible staff.

This was a long weekend getaway for us. The experience was amazing and we're already planning a return trip. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They took us on a tour of the property and even though we are very familiar with other all male resorts, we were very impressed. The grounds were beautiful with exotic plants and flowers everywhere you look. Our room was very nice and centrally located. The other guests were friendly and we even made some new friends. A continental breakfast was provided as well as a happy hour daily with complimentary drinks and snacks. Cold bottled water was always available for those hot afternoons by the pool. We loved this place and would recommend it to anyone visiting the Fort Lauderdale area.

Situated in its own lush, tropical enclave amidst the already picturesque Fort Lauderdale, this guest house goes above and beyond to not only differentiate itself from other luxury accommodations, but also specifically elevate the experience of those who have rightfully chosen to visit. Whether myself or my friend were looking to mingle with others in thoughtfully crafted microenvironments or have some alone time gazing through the trees upon one of several hammocks, there was always a subtle embrace of being enveloped within an accepting, homelike atmosphere. The food and drink options, along with the happy hour, were better than anticipated, so much so that we held off consuming what we brought ourselves. The staff also deserves high praise in being personable and thoughtfully engaging in... well, whimsical activities we'll just leave to your imagination. I strongly recommend taking a trip here if you get the opportunity and I look forward to returning myself!

What a wonderful, relaxing, completely 'chill' experience. Our four-night stay here was close to perfection. Having stayed at other similar resorts in the area, this is at the top! From the lush, tropical grounds to our lovely room, there were lots of details that made this stay special. There's an expanded continental breakfast every morning with more than enough choices (complimentary Mimosa and Bloody Mary's on Sunday mornings), snacks and drinks available poolside throughout the day, special treats such as popsicles and chocolate covered pineapple chunks served by the pool, a happy hour with beer, wine and prepackaged charcuterie---the extras keep coming. We booked wonderful massages on-site and enjoyed the three pools and hot tubs available (the entire resort is clothing optional) and we met some wonderful people. The atmosphere is conducive to conversation, or if you prefer, just lay back end enjoy the sunshine. The resort is close to so many wonderful restaurants and the beach (bikes available) or if you prefer to stay in the entire time, food delivery is excellent. The staff is attentive and go out of their way to make your stay memorable. We will be back.

I've been to many gay resorts where staff treated other guests better due to attraction and appeal but Pineapple is not like that at all. AMAZING ATTENTIVE STAFF!!! Wonderful desk staff with maybe one exception and housekeeping staff PHENOMENAL. Great atmosphere and surroundings. My bi friend was suppose to come with me but had a family issue so as an early birthday gift he paid for reservation and told me to enjoy which I did. Dennis, Brian, Tony and Spencer and the latin hoysekeeperwith glasses and their new housekeeper were wonderful and had positive attitudes. I will return for sure and I shared some concerns but the manager didn't even ask me like he asked the other guests if they decided on their next stay which hurt among another issue but not gonna let one bad apple spoil the whole bunch. Plus I made several new friends on this visit whom I'll stay in touch with for sure. Thank you Pineapple Point for a EXCELLENT TIME. Mike Dowling Orlando,FL Friend of original primary Matthew Coleman

Pineapple Point, quite simply, is the closest that anybody could get to paradise on Earth. My husband and I came here for our honeymoon for the first time, having booked the Grand Deluxe villa. From the moment that we arrived, the staff were welcoming and friendly. In our room, we had even been left a card, some champagne and chocolate covered strawberries to celebrate our wedding. The Grand Deluxe villa, as well as having its own kitchen, has its own spa pool, swimming pool and Tiki bar, though we did spend lots of time in the communal spaces. Each morning, we had coffee delivered to us for no extra charge, which was a lovely way to start each day. Between 6 and 7 every day was Happy Hour, where all guests could enjoy some complimentary beverages around the main pool. All of the other guests there were highly social and incredibly friendly. The staff were immensely helpful and anticipated our needs before we even had them. Having complimentary sun screen and bug spray available throughout the resort was an amazing choice. In addition to the two large pools and hot tubs, there was also a well-equipped gym and breakfast served from 8 until 11. If you are undecided about whether or not to come to Pineapple Point, absolutely take the plunge! My husband had never been to a clothing optional resort before and said within 20 minutes of arriving that we would have to make our trip to Pineapple Point an annual tradition. Other guests also commented to us that, having been to many similar resorts in Palm Springs and Fort Lauderdale, Pineapple Point was by far the best. A stunningly relaxing atmosphere, I will be cherishing my trip to Pineapple Point throughout the year until I come back again! And this time for longer than 3 nights
