Interesting hotel in a great location. We stayed in an oceanfront suite. It was extremely large in size, but odd in furnishings and dated. The balcony went from living room to bedroom with two walkout doors. The bathroom was large with two separate sinks, separate jetted kohler tub and nice sized shower with great water pressure. Two toilets were a nice amenity. Issues were the weird furniture in living room and the floor in master bedroom was wet and we were not sure where the dampness came from.

I do not recommend Atlantic Hotel. There were hidden fees that were higher than communicated and simple requests from the front desk often went unfulfilled. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. There are plenty of other options in the area.

I reserved this hotel for 7 days. I’ve only been here for 2 and I’m thinking of heading back home. Check in was great and the lobby looked nice. Fantastic location and they reserve beach chairs and towels for you at the beach so you can go anytime. Unfortunately, when I got to my room, I realized how dated it was. The room smelled really musty and funky, the walls seemed really dirty, but I didn’t mind too much at first. Then I went to take a shower and the door was broken. After my shower, the shower head leaked continuously and I couldn’t get it to turn off. I called the front desk to send maintenance up to fix it. The maintenance person stopped the leak, but the leak continued as soon as I used the shower again. I called down to the front desk again and asked for a new room. When I arrived at the new room, that room was equally disappointing and unfortunately even though the shower was working, the bed was broken. I didn’t want to call the front desk again, even though they seemed happy to help, I can tell they’re far too busy to deal with my complaints. We soon realized that the toilet in our new room doesn’t flush fully, and although we managed to get by for the first day, it finally clogged on the second day and we had to call maintenance again, who never showed up. Overall, I can’t recommend this hotel. The location is fantastic and the staff are doing their best, but I’ve just had one issue after another and I can’t bring myself to continuously harass the front desk because I know it’s not their fault.

What a great hotel! The views are amazing. The ocean view suite was huge - with 2 full baths. Super comfy beds, robes and fluffy towels. Full kitchen. What really made it special was the staff. Everyone was so welcoming and nice. On a girls' trip, we spent 3 days at the pool - gorgeous with views of the ocean. We met Chris at the Sky Bar (pool bar) and he was great - he told us the next two days Lisa would be tending the bar - and she was phenomenal. Food was delicious - get the fries! Drinks were top notch. Even the coffee in the room was really, really good. We didn't leave the hotel at all!

From the moment we walked in we loved this place. Every single member of staff were very attentive. There are staff everywhere. Nothing is to much trouble. The rooms are amazing and fresh and clean. The housekeepers are so lovely. The pool is wonderful as is the food and drinks outside. The water park is such a bonus to be added in your stay so we popped in every day to go to the lazy river. Loved it! The food was unbelievable for such a big hotel. Breakfast was so varied and had everything you ever wanted. The only thing I would say that is slightly negative is that quite a lot of the restaurants you have to pay a supplement which I didn’t know about so that pushed my check out bill up. Would thoroughly recommend this place to anyone. A few tips….wear water shoes around the water park as the pavement is so hot. Budget for the supplement restaurants. Arabian Nights Bar is a complete rip off so don’t got there. There are other bars within the hotel which are lovely. If you book to come here enjoy every minute…we did!

This is a 4 star hotel? It’s old and tired. Firstly there is a $39.95 per day resort fee. There is only valet parking and it is $42. There was a hole in the wall of the entryway to our suite. There was sand all over the entryway floor. There was a bloody bandaid on the floor of the bathroom. There was mold on the ceiling and several poor repairs had been made to the ceiling. There was a loud party with thumping music for many hours on Friday night. You had to get beach chairs and umbrellas from the valet and carry them across the street yourself. The beach chairs and umbrellas were cheap and did not function properly. The bathtub drain leaked and couldn’t be plugged properly. The sliding door in the bedroom wasn’t properly in its track and couldn’t be opened. The remote in the bedroom did not work. The shower was quite large but there were no seats or anywhere to prop your leg on while shaving. The couches were stained. The bed squeaked. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Most of southwest Florida was caught off guard, because hurricane Ian was predicted to make landfall farther north. So, trying to book safe lodging the night before was quite the task. My wife somehow managed to find this pet friendly hotel online and this we were very grateful for. But our appreciation did not stop with the fact that we acquired a place to stay, because day by day the full experience of the staff, services, and location gave us validation. Our booking was from 9/27 - 10/02, although our first actual night was a day later, because of evacuation issues from Fort Myers, arriving at 6:10 in the morning. All staffers, managers, and valets at the front desk were kind, friendly, empathetic, and extremely helpful. It is noteworthy to give them all recognition by name: Chantel, Maenette, Kennedy, Liz, Jonathan, Adrian, Tony, Rico, and General Manager Aaron Osborne. We stayed in room 1104 and it was truly beyond our expectations. We had a beautiful ocean view with a balcony. The beach is literally across the street. To our surprise it did not have a run of the mill sparse kitchenette. Instead, although there was a small refrigerator, it was very adequate and included a real freezer, a built-in cook top stove along with a large built-in microwave oven. There were cupboards with dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils. There was even a generous kitchen sink along with a high end pod coffee maker with a nice supply of coffees to choose from. Oh, and we evacuated with our cats. The accommodation was perfect for the cats, because it was incredibly spacious for them to be comfortable and enjoy. The bathroom was extremely spacious and the shower had great water pressure. Also, of note, being a pet friendly hotel, there were no odors whatsoever. We will definitely not hesitate to stay at the Atlantic again.

We were upgraded to a suite from a Ocean view studio- the night audit rep ( Sherice ) gave us this courtesy-Thank You. We had top floor Ocean view which was stunning to see every morning and night. Within our entire stay ALL the front desk staff provided brilliant service. Amanda was a front desk rep I talked with a weeks before arrival and it was a joy to meet her in person. The Dailey supervisor Maenette and front desk staffer Jonathan were full of knowledge and helpful in finding area activities for us to do. Our only complaints which were the slow Wi-Fi and the living room signal dropping tv was given attention to and handled graciously by Adrian who was the hotel director. We ate twice at the Wild Thyme Restaurant and loved the food as we watched NFL both nights. Wife used the pool often while I used the gym often. The 80 degree temps, Ocean views, east sun rises, balcony relaxation made for connections with nature. We will revisit in 2023. Finally, the suite we had had a full kitchen ( fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, pots, pans, plates) Two separate bathrooms, a huge balcany.

We had to book a room last minute during the hurricane because our flight to Punta Cana was cancelled and re-booked for the next day . Liz at the front desk was beyond accommodating and friendly. She took a very long, stressful day and turned it around .She made it a relaxing a comforting experience !!! She was able to book 3 couples without a wait. The rooms were clean ,beautiful suites at a reasonable price. We appreciate all her efforts and the accommodations that were provided.
