Great location and nice people working there (desk clerk and chambermaid). Beyond that, can't say too much. Internet service was very week, noise level between rooms very high (could hear people snoring in adjacent or lower room). Rooms are small and really this place is only for short stays. Shouldn't call itself a B&B with its breakfast offerings so poor. We were here for 9 days, from 8-17 Feb 2020. The place is clean, the other guests were fun to talk with by the pool, but it didn't live up to the photos on either its own website or Tripadvisor's.

We stayed here for one night after coming off a cruise, so of course in going from a luxurious cruise ship to a small hotel the comparison isn't really fair one but nevertheless the room was very clean and well kept. The small courtyard with the pool is a very nice with lots of shade trees and chairs to lounge on.The pool and deck area are kept very clean and it is a nice area to hang out in. We were allowed to check in several hours ahead of normal check in time as the room had been cleaned and the owner Dan was quite accommodating in this regard. The location is 20 minutes or so by car from the cruise ship terminal and about the same from the airport so quite conveniently located. It is a busy area of town with lots of traffic, however the wall surrounding the hotel seems to block at least some of the traffic noise so it really wasn't an issue.

We booked a room on a Tuesday night for the following Sunday. That Thursday morning my mother went into the hospital. We contacted the hotel right away and they insisted on keeping 50% of the fee which was quite a lot. They refused to negotiate with us or with Hotels.com. It was a medical emergency with proof and 4 days notice so it was not as if we had taken away a room they couldn't rebook - it was literally booked for maybe 36 hours. We would have been OK with a partial cancellation fee, but they would not budge. Would NEVER stay there because it was super uncaring and uncompassionate.

Pre-cruise one night stay was great. Enjoy this smaller hotel with pool. $18 uber trip from airport with $10 port trip. Had a nice Italian dinner at il Mulina and was glad we got there early cuz it filled up later that Sunday night. Room #1 was bottom floor was a good size with a large bathroom. Comfortable bed and pillows. Coffee pot didn’t work but I was able to run to breakfast room for morning cup of coffee. Breakfast was less than stellar but at least I got coffee upped. Dan was very pleasant at check-in and out. Surroundings were pleasant and very convenient Publix, Walgreens and Crown liquor store for all those things you forgot or because luggage was too overweight those extras could be added post flight. Would return on next cruise.

Want a quiet clean super comfortable place close to everything (mostly walking distance) at a great price? This is it! This place feels like your rich aunt just gave you the keys to her oasis. Larger than normal rooms, very clean, nice pool to lounge by in a beautiful courtyard type of feel. Friendly service and a great price point. Breakfast is typical Motel 6 fare; cereal, donuts, cookies, yogurt etc. There is parking for about 6 cars. It's about a $20 cab ride from the airport and about the same to the cruise port. This place is within walking distance of Publix and fast food restaurants. A small 5 minute car ride and you are at a mall or an art gallery or a museum. The hotel will send you a code to unlock the front door via email a few days before you arrive. BRING the code with you or you will be locked out and have to call for assistance. here are no elevators two floors. All luggage must be carried up stairs. If you have back, wrist or ankle problems it's best to request a ground floor room. Not wheel chair friendly. Definitely a great place to stay on the cheap.
