Atmosphere was "ghetto" people roaming about on balconies and toddlers running around in parking lot. Screaming children. Room was nice however I would not have given the bed pillows even to my dog. They should have been thrown out long ago.Very questionable people. Looks like a hotel for refugees. The complimentary breakfast was a joke. Very limited pastries and only cereal that small children would eat. I WILL NOT STAY THERE AGAIN AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

this is the worst hotel i've ever stayed in...the "office" looked like it belonged in psycho and they make you pay up front. the room is disgusting..no blanket on the bed. when i asked why there was no blanket, the "manager" said that when some customers smoke in the room, they get holes in the blankets and they throw them out!! i asked for my money back the first night and they refused saying no refunds. now i know why they make you pay up front. if you saw the room before you would never stay here. absolutely disgusting..i left the next day even though i paid in full. loud music as well and a bar of soap in the bathroom that didn't even lather up..must have been 20 years old! i can't say enough bad things about this place, it should be condemned.

Booked a room on Valentine's Day to stay for a concert down the street I surprised my boyfriend with tickets for as a gift -the distance being why we chose the hotel in the first place. Checked into our room and instantly noticed the awful smell and the shape of the room in general. We were not in the room more than five minutes and I tried to open a window and it completely shattered on me. My wrist was pouring blood- my WRIST, not a single cut or mark on my hands/knuckles- and my boyfriend went down to the office to explain what happened. They manager came up, asked if I was alright or needed an ambulance, I declined and said I'd be alright and he said they were going to fix the window, free of charge and to give them about half an hour to get it cleaned up. He explained how the windows were "safety" sealed, although on other reviews of the same hotel, people left comments about having to have their windows open, or how some were sketchy because they wouldn't lock. After about 20 minutes of sitting in the parking lot, and discovering the type of "clientele" coming in and out of these rooms, I went into the office and asked if I could just receive a refund and we would go somewhere else. The manager then came in and started yelling saying I had to of punched the window because of how the glass was shattered and that they were kicking us out, without a refund and calling the police, I said please do. We waited around for the officers to arrive, who explained to us the bad reputation of the hotel and to put a stop to it on my card and we were better off not staying there anyways. He said the manager said we were arguing and I punched the window, which was a complete lie. I just want a refund for a room we weren't even in for a total of five minutes, got my arm split open for and the time lost for our concert and the ruining of most of our night in general. Awful place, I've never reviewed any business before, ever on any site negatively but hopefully this will prevent other people from such an awful experience or stay at this place. (As you can see in the pictures, not a single mark on my knuckles.)

I can't believe a place this bad is possible on US1. Stinking rooms, crusty carpet, bugs and broken AC. This is a crack house not a hotel. At night the pimps, drug dealers and prostitutes move about the parking lot openly.

The nastiest hotel I've ever been in . My money and all of my families travel documents mysteriously went missing after cleaning maid Randy went in to clean my room. The owner Shawn Patel was hiding in the back room while police were then came out after they left to tell us to get off his property. Do not stay here it is not clean or safe.
