Horrible experience. Their customer service is horrible. They refused to get back to me and when I called they kept telling me I’d have to wait for the manager. I did wait and still nothing. Don’t go there and don’t use Zen Hotels to make your reservations. Both are deplorable customer service!

Quirky hotel, basic but good. Great location just off US1 and value for little cost. This is a budget hotel which has a great little place around the back hidden away where you can sit at night with a few beers etc which is what we did. It’s either a 30 min walk to las Olas Boulevard where there are loads of bars and restaurants or a 5 min Uber ride.

We arrived late at the hotel and although the first floor room was quiet and clean I was disappointed to find not a single tissue in the unit. Also, the smoke detector on the ceiling had its door open and, from what we could see, it did not have a battery in it. The location of this hotel suited our needs otherwise. It is conveniently located near an IHOP where we ate breakfast, and a Walgreens, where I purchased issues.

Aptly named! This is truly a little oasis in the midst of the city. It’s quiet, clean and well-furnished. The little garden area is a great place to relax. The staff was friendly and it was conveniently located to restaurants. Very nice experience.

Room was OK, but the customer service was extremely lacking and unhelpful. I accidentally left a carry on bag in our hotel room when departing on a cruise. When I contacted the hotel after returning home, they told me that the bag was there and that it was up to me (out of state) to get it shipped. There's a Walgreen's across the street that has a FedEx shipping center and a Mail Center store two blocks away, but the hotel folks said "they didn't have the time" to ship the bag back to me (of course, I would have been grateful to have paid for their time and effort and the shipping costs). Fortunately the people at The Mail Center of Ft. Lauderdale were willing to go to the hotel, pick up the bag and ship it to me. Kudos to Joe at The Mail Center. Oasis Hotel people, you missed a chance to show good will towards a customer who had spent two nights in your hotel.

Decent for what we needed. We were staying here for a night before getting on a cruise at Port Everglades. The location is great, you’re within 20 minutes walk of Las Olas with plenty of restaurants and bars. We did a nice walk down the boulevard to the beach then got an Uber back. It’s about a 20 minute taxi ride to both the airport and the cruise port so again, location is really good. The rooms are nice enough - clean, reasonable amount of space, tv with Netflix etc. It’s a little basic and lacks amenities like a coffee maker etc but it’s okay if you’re not in the hotel lots! There is a nice garden area to sit as well. Reception staff were helpful and friendly. Overall, good stay for a reasonable price.

ABSOLUTELY NOT. I stayed in Room 1 under the name Reagan Beckett. To start off, I had called two days before my stay to confirm my reservation and was sent to voicemail and never received a call back. When I brought it up to the front desk upon checkin, she suggested that I had called the incorrect number and handed me a business card. It was the same number. Bugs in the bathroom (different species too - some flying and some crawling up drains in the shower). Sink drained SLOWLY. Hair dryer stuck on low setting with no way to turn it off except unplugging it. Air conditioner was bad to begin with. Then stopped working in the middle of the night. In Florida. When it's over 80 degrees in the middle of the night. Absolutely not worth $100+. I have stayed in hotels where I have feared for my own life and those were nicer than this one. Staff only on site from 9am-8pm and are totally unreachable otherwise. Anything but an "oasis." More like "desert mirage." Edit: The staff confronted me about my Google Review after authorization of a refund. They have also now left my credit card company (and their business partner since they are listed on the company's travel website) on hold for 2+ hours.

We made a reservation at the Oasis for our last night of our Florida trip because the other couple we were traveling with had an early morning flight out of Ft. Lauderdale. The Hotel (they call it a Motel which better describes it) is in a great location, close to everything in Ft. Lauderdale, especially the airport. The website pictures make the rooms look larger than they really are, but when you are in the rooms and comparing them to the pictures, they are accurate. The rooms were clean and well kept up. Our room (Queen) had a small fridge and a microwave. The A/C keeps up very well. We had to turn it off when we arrived as the room was quite cool. They provide nice bathroom amenities. The garden is nice with plenty of places to sit and enjoy the outside. We played some games on one of the picnic tables that evening and weren't disturbed by a single bug, which was very nice. We would definitely stay here again. Good location, friendly staff, nice facility.

Disgusting room. Don’t stay here. Black mold in the showers cockroaches in the bedroom, moldy refrigerator, bugs in the shower. Manager said it was normal for cockroaches to be crawling the walls. I’m assuming black mold is normal tops
