We have loved our time away at Amelia Island- the Ritz Carlton has had wonderful service- each and every staff member we have encountered has made us feel so special and so at home. Love that Southern hospitality on the beach!! Be sure to check out "Joni's Special" refreshing drink in the club lounge- she is a delight ( as...

We just had breakfast in Coast restaurant at The Ritz- Carlton. Our server, Karen H couldn't have been nicer and offered suggestions on places to see and local restaurants. We have met wonderful employees here but Karen was simply outstanding. We really appreciate her going the extra mile to make us feel welcome. You can tell she loves the area...

We stayed here for 5 nights for a conference. The rooms were smaller than a standard Marriott! The last two nights of our stay the maids only pulled the comforter up on the bed! No coffee refills, no shampoo or tidying up the room! We both woke up every morning with severe allergies, but as soon as you leave the...

I would like the guest service agents who answer when the concierge is busy to be a little more informed..... I called to ask about daily honey tasting and...

This is my second time staying at this absolutely gorgeous hotel. I was allowed to check in early and everyone greet you with a pleasant smile. The room is meticulous, but not overly big. Bathroom is clean and my view is awesome. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are coming to Amelia Island.

Nice hotel, very nice staff. Rooms musty..mildewy..allergies terrible in rooms. Was very cold during stay, so a bit boring for daughter. Conference rooms locations from north tower a bit of a walk. Signage could be much better to meeting rooms and especially back to lobby. Sort of chincy on bathroom toiletries like mouthwash. Did not check back one late afternoon...

We were looking for a "small plate" and drinks after the Itzhak Perlman concert and called the Ritz-Carlton to see if food was indeed available. VERY friendly staff person answered and looked for all available options, then provided us with everything we needed to know. The lobby was ALIVE with PLUs (people like us) who had been to the concert...

First, let me say my stay took place during their busiest weekend of the year. So the hotel is overtaxed. 20 years ago Ritz built their reputation and customer service excellence by being able to handle just about anything. However these days its just a slightly upscale Marriott. Food was average, limited menus due to crowds, inconsistent maid service and...
