This location is a catch 22. It is near to town but there are a lot of large trucks going up and down the road all day. The room we had was at the front of the house so I would really recommend picking other rooms. The pool area was nice but we did get a lot of bug bites...

There was no intent to be offensive, we were all discussing the new book 50 shades of Gray and our new special 51 Shades of Gray Package.

We had a wonderful time there - beautiful place, gorgeous rooms, lovely happy hour, beautiful pool, great breakfast. Owners will do anything they can to accommodate you - even cake and candy out at night!

The innkeepers don't miss a single service or item you will need for a luxury stay right down to the 600 count sheets when you sink into the bed that is more like sleeping on a cloud. Breakfast is like no other in the B&B we have stayed at before. The homemade sticky bun, fresh berries, eggs and meat are...

As a t.a. junkie I review, review and review some more before we stay anywhere! After reading all the reviews I was very excited to stay here for our anniversary. We stayed 3 nights which I now believe was just too long. The 5:00 snack/wine hour was the same each night as far as the food was concerned so after...

Dear Chris & Dale, First off, we are so sorry that we did not meet your expectations. I would however like to go over some issues that you feel just didn't work for you. The cocktail hour is a meet and greet for our guests and for us to meet our guests. There is a variety of three cheeses, pepperoni,...

We spent a weekend in the Hoyt House, staying in the Mizell Room, which is the largest in the house. We enjoyed everything about the stay. We don't stay in a lot of B&B's, but I will say that we stayed in a fairly well known B&B on the west coast a few years ago, and this was a far...

Loved the open area around the pool, so spacious and inviting. The breakfast menu had choices that would fit anyone's desire for a special meal to start the day, I especially loved the Berry Cup while my husband loved the sticky buns! The location was perfect to walk into town and visit the shops and the farmer's market on a...

This is the place to go - if you are looking for a unique, memeorable experiance, I can't say enough! The house is stunning, circa 1905 and has a interesting history. The rooms are done to the detail, each with its own decor and named after its prioir resident-owners. Charming is an understatment. The gounds are lovely with oaks and...

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Hoyt House. We had never stayed at a bed and breakfast before, but we had seen that it had really good reviews and were looking for some place special to stay. It definitely lived up to our expectations. The house itself was beautiful and our room was large and cozy....

We loved having you and I am so excited about the toothbrush caddy! I make them myself and I always hated wrapping my toothbrush in toilet paper and it getting stuck to the toothbrush! Can't wait to see you both again. I am sure we will tweak something else that will be new to you. Happy 4th of July! Best,...
