We visited Amelia Island for the first time in July. We decided to stay at the Addison b/c of the great reviews. They are all so very true, even better. All was perfect, which started with our warm greeting as we walked in the door late but in time for happy hour, to our bike rides complimentary of our hosts,... More

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at The Addison on Amelia Island for 4 nights in August. The inn is beautiful and well maintained. The rooms were clean and extremely comfortable (the bed and soft sheets were heaven). Breakfast each day was a gourmet's delight! Leigh was running the inn (with the help of their very capable... My wife and I recently celebrated our 15th anniversary at the Addison over Labor Day weekend. What can I say? Bob, Shannon and Leigh provided an outstanding experience! The room was very clean and comfortable. Shannon worked her magic in the kitchen and provided two outstanding breakfasts (great quality and presentation and more than adequate quantity as well). Bob's happy... More

My wonderful Anniversary weekend started with the very warm greeting from Bob as he opened the door and welcomed my husband and I into his beautiful bed and breakfast. The details were so important to me from the comfortable beach chairs and towels to the soft sheets and sea salts for the bath. This was my first experience to a... More

I went there last fall and had a great time! The grounds and the b&b were beautiful! In walking distance of eats and shopping! This place is great for a splurge. The happy hour had tasty snacks and beer. The breakfast was very good and u can eat inside or out! Bob was my favorite. He made sure we all... More

Wonderful place, wonderful people, wonderful time! Don't miss happy hour - nothing fancy, but it is a great opportunity to get to know the owners and guests. Breakfast is great, too! Bob, Shannon, and Lee go out of their way to make your visit a special and relaxing one. We stayed in two different rooms because we added a night... More

Everything was perfect. We cannot say enough good things about the place. Bob and Shannon and Lee are terrific hosts. Food was outstanding, as was the presentation. Happy Hour gave a chance for people to get acquainted and socialize further on their own time. Rooms were lovely and comfortable. There was not one thing that we could have asked for that... More

If I could buy the inn I would!!! Charming rooms with a clean updated look while keeping the integrity of the period. The host family was beyond helpful, without being intrusive. The breakfast was very well prepared, interesting and very filling. Can't wait to go back, which is unusual for us, because we always like to try different places.

The Addison B&B is a very nice B&B. The room we stayed in (room 3, on the second floor of the main house) was great with a BIG verandia that is for us only. The Innkeepers (owners) could not do enough for us. They made reservations for us at places we wanted to eat. Being it was our 47th wedding... More

Everything at the Addison was great. The greeting was wonderful, environment relaxing, breakfast great, innkeepers friendly and helpful. Everything that we needed was provided including bikes, beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels. Will stay here again.
