Rented unit 1D through VRBO and had a great time. We docked our boat at the condo dock and had a wonderful time boating and fishing every day. The owner sent several texts asking if all was well and to see if we needed anything. We intend to return!!

Our family has taken our winter getaway to Turtle Bay for 8 years in a row. We fell in love with Englewood and TBC right away. This year we had a nice and quiet week of fishing, shelling and shark tooth hunting. In addition, we brought our inflatable paddleboard and got the opportunity to have a dolphin come say hello when we were using it in the bay! Our condo never disappoints. It is always clean and well stocked, and it feels like we are coming home because it has a great, comfortable, and now familiar feel to us. The staff are always very responsive to our requests, even if it is just new batteries for the tv remote. We enjoy saying hello to the friendly guests in the surrounding condos. The only problem we had was our two weeks went by too fast and we wish we did not have to leave so soon. Definitely will be back next year.…

Took my family for a quick beach trip (I have a large family-6 in total) before school started. It was kinda last minute but totally worth it! Our condo was right next to the dock- which my husband and sons enjoyed fishing (fishing poles were already at the condo). The condo was spacious, super clean and ready for us when we arrived.i it was also fully stocked with everything that we could have needed. Proximity was within walking distance from dining. The private beach was also a short walk (chairs also provided). It was a short trip but I will definitely be back!!

We absolutely loved our stay at your place. It was perfect! The condo was clean and location was great. We enjoyed having the beach chairs/towels there and we used the grill also. My favorite part was the screened in porch, beatiful view of the bay. Close to convenience store and restaurants. Highly reccomend your place and would definitely stay again!

We stayed in 1D on second floor with kids.We had plenty room for 3 adults & 2 kids.Washer & dryer are your personal so helpful.Kitchen have all you need.Few min.to beach and grocery.Susan is great and helpful

Being someone that is getting closer to retirement age, I picked Turtle Bay Condos to start practicing retirement. I loved everything about staying there. The condo itself was clean, bright and well equipped with most things one would need at the beach. The beautiful heated pool was just steps from my condo and the view from my lanai was gorgeous! The grounds were very well kept also. Everything was within walking distance - the beach, restaurants, bars, convenient store. The owner was very available, answering every question via text within minutes! I hope I can go back again!

Turtle Bay Condos is located perfectly on Englewood Beach. Walking distance to great restaurants, great musical entertainment, a great Circle K convenient store and across the road from a beautiful beach. It is a very quiet neighborhood. The condo we rented provided a great view of Lemon Bay and the association pool. Because there a just a few units, the pool is never crowded. The grounds are very well maintained and the units are very well equipped, including everything you need in the kitchen, everything you need for the beach and pool. If you do need anything, a quick email to Susan and you will have a positive response. The screened in porch is a perfect place for your meals and the open deck is perfect for sun bathing. The high end washer and dryer is another big plus. I would highly recommend renting a two bedroom condo in this development.…

The laid back, fun time we enjoyed at Turtle Bay Condos was just what we were hoping for. Our host provided a clean, well maintained and amply stocked place that we immediately settled in to. This is a great deal overall, the condo development is small but the manager, Susan, is excellent, and a lot is included that isn't in many other places. This was our 2nd stay. First time back in spring we stayed in Bldg. 3 and it couldn't have been better. This time we stayed in 2B because the 3rd bldg wasn't available. Everything was the same, really good. Except the beds. Horrible is the best word. I woke up in pain. It was bad. Beds, mattresses, whatever, this is, in my opinion, not the place to skimp if you're renting a place to sleep. It's #1 in importance. The TV was extremely bad too but that isn't a big deal to me. Sleep, however, is. Avoid any bldg. except for #3 is my advice.

These guests stayed in April 2019 and wrote us a five star review. I was pleased to welcome them back the same year. I was running a special of "book two nights and get the third free" so they were surprised and very happy to have me volunteer this deal. This booking was 1 1/2 months ago. I did not hear from them during their stay. I always write our guests after their departure to let them know I hoped they enjoyed themselves and to ask if there was anything I should know about the condo to keep it in tip top shape. I was totally caught off guard to see this review posted 1 1/2 months later. I attempted to reach the guest but their phone has been disconnected. I replace our beds on a regular basis and certainly sooner if we get complaints. I have had no complaints about the beds or the TV so I'm really confused by this review. Our guests are always encouraged to reach out to me if they need anything. Customer service is number one as well as a clean, well-furnished condo.
