Such a perfect location for a getaway. We had a fabulous, gulf side unit, with a balcony overlooking the ocean (Unit 211). The sunsets were magical and all we had to do was step out onto the balcony or onto the beach to view them. We could also walk across the street to the bay side and watch the sun...

We have stayed at Sunburst 3 times, twice in this gulf front unit, and once in a unit one back from the beach. My review is of our most recent stay (current). Upon arriving, the AC pretty much stopped working the first day, coming back after dinner it was 81 degrees. We reset the breaker, changed the batteries in the...

Thanks for staying in 211 Sunburst again. We are so sorry about the AC problem you encountered. As the owners we are always available for emergency calls/emails when the office is closed. When we arrived in November to make updates and repairs we did have another HVAC company out to diagnose the problem. As a result the coils were cleaned...

We stayed here for a week in unit 121. It was amazing! The unit is on the Gulf side so the sunsets were lovely. This unit is stocked with everything you need! It was neat and clean and very comfortable. The pool was on the bay side and very clean as well. There was a nice dock that we enjoyed...

We booked this condo about 4 hours before arriving. I called about a less expensive, smaller condo in the same complex but was told all other units were occupied. The condo was recently renovated and was beautiful inside! Renovation was really well done as if it was someone's primary residence and not a investment property. It looked exactly llike the...

Very tired unit in this fine location. The specs say that it sleeps 6, but the queen hideabed is VERY much past it's lifespan and should be replaced before more unfortunate guests arrive. The mattress is in HORRIBLE condition. The owner was contacted and refused to do anything about it. What a shame, as the location is absolutely wonderful. Also,...

Sunburst condos are beautifully located between the gulf & inter-coastal. There's a beautiful beach, pool, & boat dock. It's managed well & maintained nicely. Condo #243 has a great screened in balcony overlooking the inter-coastal- very peaceful overlooking the mangroves, watching the sea birds dive for breakfast, fish jumping & dolphins & manatees swimming from your own balcony! It's also...

Sunburst Condos are the real deal! Booking was a breeze over the net, and the keys were waiting for us at the office. The unit, 121, which overlooked the Gulf was really great. Clean, with aircon on, and everything one needed. Dishwasher, 3 Tv sets, wireless internet, beach furniture, and completely stocked with plates, utensils, glasses and so on. The...

We stayed in unit 232. LOTS of wonderful new things--king bed, beautiful leather sleeper sofa, two leather rocker recliners, twin beds, linens, dishes, silverware, glassware, décor. The kayak launch/landing area has been dramatically improved and is great! It is so nice to have access to the beautiful beach on the gulf side and the wonders of nature in Lemon Bay....

This was a last minute rental for us during the Christmas break 2013. We wanted Captiva or Sanibel but nothing was available. I'm glad we found Manasota Key. It was quiet and quite pleasant. We rented #112 Gulfside. It was very clean but the decor was true 1980's Florida. It had a king bedded master and another bedroom with 2...

Unit 121 gulf side extremely well equipped with everything you could possible want - great to visit a self catering unit that encouraged people to leave spices and condiments for future use. Lovely modern, bright seasidey furnishings...great view of ocean from master bedroom and plenty of chairs on balcony for whole family to enjoy sundowners and view the magnificent sunsets....
