For travelers on business or leisure for an extended length of time, then WannaB Inn features the perfect studio accommodations for extended stay. Just a short drive from the resort and directly across from Englewood Beach, are a variety of great restaurants for food and libations. Each of these has it's own personality, so while you visit with us, sample the delicious "Taste of the Key" at these local dining gems. Boating our waters? If you stay at WannaB Inn, the resort features a private boat ramp, 38 boat slips for rental and boat trailer parking. Maximum boat accommodation is 24 ft. WannaB Inn offers two beautiful pools, bicycle rentals, 900 feet of private beach, access to water sport equipment rentals such as kayaks, paddle boards, boats and more. Florida is known for reeling in a great catch of grouper and snapper, but other tasty fish like flounder, triple tail, sheepshead, triggerfish and others are easily caught in our nearshore estuaries. Whether fishing the shallow waters of Lemon Bay or offshore in the Gulf, there is a reason fishermen frequent the area to showcase their winning catch! It is dated but definitely worth the money for being right on the ocean. I did not use the 2 pools but they looked very Clear & clean. The rooms were very clean. Kudos to the cleaning staff. They do not have hair dryers or irons in the rooms. I went to Publix ad bought a $15 har dryer. (Also they have great sandwiches made at the deli that were great for the beach). There are a few covered picnic tables to eat your lunch or play board games. The only thing we wished we did not go during turtle nesting time - all the outside lights had to be off so you could not sit out at night. We are already planning another trip to stay here again. The office staff is incredible.

This place is amazing. Having the beach on one side and the bay on the other was the main reason for choosing to stay there for our 25th anniversary. If I had just one thing to say negative is the grounds/pool areas could have been cleaned up a bit more. The office lady and the staff were all very friendly. Will be staying again for a girls trip.

We have been to WannaB Inn before but this time, it was even better! It was so good to be able to walk along the beach and hunt for sharks teeth and shells-and there were plenty of both! The accommodations are not fancy but are clean and have everything you need to make your visit special! This place makes you feel like you are tucked away in some hidden spot of Florida right on the Gulf! We really like the fact that we can come there and not have to leave until time to go home-although there are plenty of stores and restaurants within a few miles if you need something or want to eat out. The staff is super friendly and helpful! Safety practices were in effect due to the virus and everyone was following them. This will not be our last visit to WannaB Inn!

WannaB Inn is a clean well-managed property with several different types of rooms. They have the old style single story motel rooms but also have fully equipped condo style rooms. Some of the buildings overlook Lemon Bay but they have several that are on the Gulf beach. This place next to a State Park (Stump Pass) so the traffic and beachgoers are limited. We have stayed here three times in the past 8 years and love it.

This place is amazing. Great for families with children or without just a quick getaway. The facilities are amazing the staff it’s incredible the beach was is out of this world the environment is super peaceful I am in love with this place. I wanna B there every weekend. This was my 1st time here, but my daughter has been here before. Nice quiet beach area. This place is off the mainstream beaches. I you have a boat there is a ramp and dockage available. Our room 111 was 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment ground floor on the beach. They also have 2 pools if you are tired of the beach. They do have some rooms that are pet friendly. We are booked for 2021. Restaurants and bars are about a mile from the resort.

This was a mini vacation with family. A perfect place right on the beach. We had a room with a little kitchenette, so we never had to leave. Reminds me of old Florida motels, nothing fancy, but comfortable and your room is just feet from the beach! Make sure to get a room facing the water if you can.

Stayed in 142 this time - it was great. Always clean and comfortable at WannaB Inn. For those wondering about the way they handle covid: You cannot enter the office and must wear a mask to the walkup window. All housekeeping and maintenance are wearing masks. Pretty strict town, when we occasionally dined out.

We arrived a little late and room wasn't ready but were treated to a bottle of wine for our understanding! Staff very courteous and willing to accommodate.They did extra covid cleaning. Weather could not have been better. Nice stretch of beach and State Park is right next to it. It made it an extra attraction! You also can search sand for SHARK TEETH!! Also, is turtle hatching time. Awesome experience. Will stay again
