I checked out of my room 4 minutes late and the owner charged me for a full day. She was unwilling to work with me and unprofessional. As a business owner, I understand the need to make money, but not at the expense of your customers. I will never return to this hotel and will be passing along my terribly unpleasant experience to colleagues, friends, and family.

I booked a motel room for a 4 day stay. I can't speak of the cottages, but the motel itself was nice in a nostalgic way, everything clean except for the floor, bed was comfortable. refrig and microwave were handy. The downside.,Each door on the old motel slams loudly as tenants enter and leave their rooms and there are benches outside the units where people can sit, but the only problem is you can hear them like they are inside your room through the old jalousie windows, which during my stay was nightly at 10-11 pm. Apparently it upset another person as there was a screaming match between tenants, again about 11pm. Early morning traffic is very loud as the motel is very close to US Rt1. If you want peace and quiet, take your chances. I guess for almost $70 a night I expected better.

We booked with expedia. High price but wth breakfast ok. I was told there is breakfast after 6am, but next morning there was no breakfast. They never had. Staff unfriendly. In the room therre where no hooks and no hangers for clothing. 67$ is too expensive for that.

We stayed in one of their cottages for a business trip. The people there are very nice the cottage is kept up very well. I would have preferred more comfortable beds, but aside from that a very nice experience.

We got a cottage room it had white marks on the top bedding we could tell it hadnt been cleaned. There was a dead roach under the bed closest to the door. Pool was nice though. However 2 women that worked there were very rude one was summer the other one was cover in tattoos and apparently you cant get your own ice because when my husband asked about where the ice machine is (which every hotel ive ever been at in my life has ready for customers use) then stated she had to get it herself with an attitude and was to concerned with hanging out by the pool with her friends then catering to customers. Also being kicked out of the pool after we checked out when EVERY hotel is ok with using their pools as long as you have checked out was ridiculous. Not only will we EVER go here again we will definitely tell any friends to go pay the extra 20$ and stay down the street at the best western because we've never had a bad experience there it was just a little more expensive. Other than that the other guests were awesome pool was great. The other staff was very nice with the exception of these two women.
