Check in was smooth, requested a specific Room location and it was honored. Desk staff very friendly and helpful. Room was very nice, roomy and clean. Comfortable living room was given a blanket to cuddle on couch. Bed large and comfy with ok bedding ( I prefer cool cotton but it is a hotel at reasonable rate). Large closet large bench for luggage or sitting. Breakfast was ok, typical hotel breakfast. Didn’t eat so can’t comment Like yogurt but they only had “trix” brand for kids that is a cup of sugar. Breakfast staff, especially Adria was so sweet and helpful. She saw me leaving and came with a muffin for me! Unbelievably kind and thoughtful. Everyone but one male were very attentive. Amazingly, I have absolutely nothing to complain about this hotel. The check-in process was quick and easy, the staff was super friendly, the rooms and the common areas of the hotel were extremely clean and the bed was really comfortable. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

No complaints, it was exactly as we expected for a Comfort Inn. Our room was large, the parking free and the staff was very helpful. There aren't a ton of choices in the area but I didn't get the feeling that it is taken for granted in such a popular vacation spot. We will definitely stay here next time we come up to hang out in the river and bike the nearby trails. The location is fantastic for for outdoor fanatics.

Place is dirty. There was dog hair everywhere. Water pressure is extremely low which made taking a shower difficult. The hotel staff was rude and unhelpful at best. I highly Recommend you stay elsewhere.

Dear Rainbow Springs Comfort Suites, give your employees a raise!! The guests at this hotel are really something. In our one night stay, we saw a lot of folks who needed a little more attention than normal. But no matter what the guests were doing or asking for, the folks at guest services were kind, polite, smiling. The woman in the kitchen area greeted us all with a cheerful, genuine, "good morning!" I'm not sure that's happened to us in a while. Overall, the stay was standard, but never underestimate the power of wonderful staff. They easily make a 3-star hotel a 5-star stay.

My husband and I spent the weekend here for our weekend get-a-way, and this hotel did not disappoint. We came in really late Friday night, and the front desk was friendly and made check-in quick and efficient. He notified us that the $2 fee for the safe will be waived if left unused; just notify the staff at check-out. Every morning we had continental breakfast, and I can easily say that it is one of the best that we have experienced - biscuits and gravy, cheese omelets, cinnamon/regular Belgium or mini waffle maker, sausage, delicious hot coffee, fruit, and a mini-fridge of yogurt, hardboiled eggs, and more. The breakfast bar and seating area were clean and tidy each morning and the lady working the kitchen was inviting and very welcoming. The hotel room was spacious, even with the king-size bed! The bathroom was nice and was supplied with plenty of towels. There was minor noise from neighbors, and we wished that there were more chairs by the pool, but other than that, our time was great. We would definitely recommend it to friends/family and come back to this hotel the next time we are in town for Rainbow Springs Park.…

We spent two nights here. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. Check-in, check-out was fast and efficient. Staff was very friendly! Breakfast was adequate, with the usual fruit, yogurt, eggs, sausage, and a waffle iron. Overall, an average value.

Clean!!!! Expensive given location, but clean, comfortable, quiet, and convenient location. Very nice front desk staff, housekeeping and breakfast staff. Nice to be able to walk to a few places, felt safe.....room large, bed comfortable, and special little lights were great!

This hotel was a great stop on our winter travels. Friendly and efficient front desk staff. Gave us a list of local restaurants. Room was clean and modern. Nice bathroom with good lighting. Love the reading light next to the bed. Good breakfast. Definitely stay here if you are in the area.
