This is my 12th visit to a Sun RV resort and first to Dunedin. This is a very nice , well maintained resort. Nice people , nice pool and so convenient to anything and everything. I stayed in a park model and really enjoyed every day.. bike riding,, beach, the pool, the events but most of all the people.
Best place to visit or live. Family friendly, and Very clean place. Staff there is Fantastic!!! Close to down town Dunedin, the beaches snd great restaurants. Just ❤️ this place. Lots of activities: pool, pickle ball , shuttle board, and dog park area
Nice little rv resort in a cute little town. We stayed here to visit the Tampa area. It was a bit far from Tampa but We liked the area. The small town by the water is fun for shopping and dining. The rv park has a nice pool, it’s quiet. I would stay here again.
This is a really great place to live and do vacation it is less than a mile away from the beach you can actually ride your bike there and speaking of bikes it’s right next to the Panellus bike trail which is lovely also I personally I own a home in this resort which I rent out through Airbnb it is called the Blessed Address The resort also has many Holmes just as mine but newer to rent out as well as motel rooms in the front of the resort One of the great things about this park is you were allowed to have two large dogs. It is also family friendly so no oh fogeys live here I highly recommend you giving this place a try
If you live here have your lawyer on speed dial . You be accused of doing thing you haven’t done and threatened about landscaping YOU bought , police there all the time , our lawyer was listening to Justin do all this wow stay away and have lawyer on speed dial . Cindie park manager , mike worker both knew the truth and said nothing. Thanks
The park itself is very nice, but management isn’t there for you on weekends when people are partying next to you from midnight till 3 am. No support from staff. They offered to move us away from them, but what about the part animal, they didn’t have to move and never was told to leave. Quit time is 10 pm in this park like most. The partier said you have to expect this this is normal noise put in ear plugs. Not exceptable behavior at all. We left the park early and they didn’t seem to care one bit and didn’t even offer any refund. We will not recommend this park ever to anyone. It’s a shame since this is a very nice park otherwise. Cleanliness and pool is spot on.
Clearly says on Trip Advisor that Free internet is provided. NOT...very hateful and defensive when asked for code. I had some work that I needed to do while here. How can a place in 2019 not provide internet? UGH. Would be an okay place otherwise.
Gina H. Two sides to every story. The manager does not yell at ppl . She’s a very calm person. I think if you went in with all the facts you would see thing differently. Just saying. There was a witness , you were gone and your husband was inside your camper . The dog was out by itself. The law says no dogs tied or leashes outside without your eyes on them 24/7
Our 3rd day at the RV Resort, a 53 lb. pit bull ran loose from a permanent camper and attacked our 9 lb. chihuahua. We spent 7 hrs and $1200 at the ER animal hospital! We were advised to take our dog home (to Georgia) asap. When the owner of the pit bull refused to reimburse us, I went to the office and spoke with the resort manager, Cindie [--] . She said the pit bull's owner had reported the incident to her that morning claiming that our dog was a fault! She then contacted animal services, reporting the incident as the owner had told her. No one ever attempted to contact us for our side of the report. Ms. [--] yelled at me, spoke harshly about our "lack of control" of our dog and accused me of tethering our dog. OUR DOG WAS ON A LEASH!!!
Been going there for several years. Change in employees has messed up reservations. Came all the way from Texas to stay for a month. We were aware of having to change sites 3 times in a month, which we agreed to, but were given specific sites that we were familiar with. When we got there to check in they had given our site to someone else and put us in the hot, boiling sun, and none of the sites were the ones were we told we were getting when reservations were made. One site was for 1 night and it wasn’t large enough for our rv and truck. Plus we were going to have to move 4 times in a month. Very disappointed in the place. Just stayed 4 days and left. Found out from 2 other couples out by the pool that they were given sites but when they got there, they were put in the back by mobile homes. Have recommended this place to many RVers but not now. Will never go back. You have reservations for a reason.…
