I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. We stayed in Room 109. I I I I Everything was great!! Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was very nice. We loved the kitchen with the large fridge. Plenty of space for myself and my 2 adult children. Owner was very nice and very helpful. Plenty of free umbrellas and coolers to use for trips to the beach . Also, a very nice pool, one of the best we have ever seen!! Plenty of pool towels also. This is a hidden gem in Dunedin!!! It is the only place we will stay now that we found it!! Very reasonably priced too!! Thank You for such a wonderful stay!! We will surely stay here again when we return, and highly recommend The Palm Court Motel!! I would give this place 10 stars if I could!!!

Thank you for taking the time to review our motel. The motel has been in existence since 1957. It is such a charming retro motor court motel . Glad you enjoyed your stay!

Room was just as advertised. Due to covid concerns we dont eat out so having a well equipted clean kitchenette was essential. Palm court definitely came thru. Plenty of hot water, comfortable firm bed.

This little family-owned motel is awesome, even during the pandemic. Very clean! Everything we needed. Kitchen, separate living area. Comfortable bed (could use better pillows). New wall A/C provided white noise without being too noisy. Great breakfast restaurant next door (Covered Bridge). Close to downtown Dunedin. And the price made it much better than the fancier hotels nearby.

We went to Dunedin for the Highland Games and decided to stay at the Palm Court Motel since it was a short walk to the park where they were held. We usually stay ina rather expensive place in town - but this will be our new go to place. The owners were welcoming and friendly. The room was cute and very clean, the water was hot, the shower was strong, and the bed was comfortable. GREAT !! Added bonus was the restaurant right next door and the trail across the street. The trolley also stops right out front. PERFECT !! Unfortunately, they are not pet friendly so for a longer stay we would need to either board our little 10 pound dog or hope that perhaps they would keep one room available as a pet friendly room. We stayed in room 104 ..

We were looking for an inexpensive one nighter in Dunedin because of a delay in our flight home. We settled on Palm Court Motel based on their reviews. We got two queen beds for $125.00. Our room was adjacent to a restaurant (like attached) and I think that if the restaurant had been open, it may have been noisy. Anyway, it was closed so it was relatively quiet. We did hear the roadnoise however. The AC fan can be used to drown it out though. Beds are very comfy and that was the big thing for me!! Room was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. But we were not able to get the WIFI to work.... And the shower head was wonky, spraying out all different directions. This place does the job though and your car will be right in front of your room :) They also have bikes to ride on the Pinellas Trail :)

I love this place and I will return. I found it on google maps as I prefer to stay at privately owned motels instead of the corporate rooms. Everything was provided for us, more than I can list, great pool that was lit up I love the neon, the outdoor seating at my room, the amenities provided, bikes, coolers, etc. Sadly we only stayed one night on our way back to the airport, the owners were very accommodating as we just showed up. I could feel the Love they have put in to keep the charm of this place. The owners were very accommodating, sadly we only stayed one night I could definitely stayed longer

Traveled down to Dunedin just for a overnight trip to explore Honeymoon Island State Park the next day and decided on Palm Court from so many great reviews. The place is cool!! Has that old Florida feel and is very clean!! The motel is decorated nicely and the owners are very welcoming. They are located on the highly used Pinellas bike trail and complimentary use of the motel owned bikes was perfect. Very friendly and clean. Look forward to returning

First off. I'm not normally a motel type of person, but because of the rental car shortage and wanting to find a place near Honeymoon Island I caved. That being said I can't say enough great things about this place!! We will be returning for years to come. The pool was wonderful! The loaner bikes and beach items are awesome. It was great to spend the day at the beach and then come back and cook dinner either in the kitchen area or on the grill by the pool. The owners are just wonderful people. Thank you for the memories!

If you are looking for an “old Florida gem,” this is it! It reminded us of vacation stays from when my husband and I were kids! We were a family of 4 traveling and our room was a good size, very clean, had comfortable beds and futon in the living area, and a kitchenette. It is in a great location to get to all that Dunedin has to offer. Other amenities include - use of beach cruiser bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, and travel coolers. Our host and owner, Anthony, was very nice and helpful in making recommendations for places in the area. We spent a day bike riding to breakfast at Benedicts and then to Honeymoon Beach State Park - both excellent recommendations. We didn’t swim but the pool looked nice too. During our stay, a film crew was at the motel taping for a trailer they were creating for an upcoming movie!

Our recent stay in room 102 was fabulous. Room cleanliness was exceptional. Frig, stove, micro, silverware, cookware, and dinnerware supplied. Pool was immaculately maintained. Great location w/proximity to all attractions - from golf courses to the beaches to shopping. Beautiful execution of retro motif. For years, my wife and I stayed @ Hampton etc. The last ten years have shown us how important it is to support smaller privately owned motels/hotels. The American dream to own your business cannot be lost by being choked out by large corporations. Nothing against large corps-they do employ many people. Just want to do our part to keep the individual spirit of ownership alive in America. The Palm Court Motel is exactly the type of business my wife and I choose to support.
