I was so impressed with this hotel and spa and even more impressed with the staff! Thank you for making our stay not only enjoyable, but also safe. We opted for the deluxe king room which was spacious and decorated with clean modern furniture. Robes hung in the closet along with slippers. Also included in the room was both a shower and tub as well as a toilet closet. Amenities are lovely and decent size which even included bath salts and shower gel (in addition to soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion). The hotel offers free shuttle service to the beach club, golf/tennis club and anywhere within 3 miles. They also have a nice size gum, pool and spa (I had a fabulous hydration facial). I suggest you join their free award program to get free WiFi, and other nice extras like a toiletry kit from the spa and beach bag. While we didn’t eat at the restaurant, we did grab a coffee at the snack shop which offers sandwiches and other quick bites. The bar offers standard drinks at as expected prices. They also have 2 gift shops which in my personal opinion, are too pricey, even for a hotel!! But in a pinch (forgot your coverup), you’ll get nice items. …
For someone who relies heavily on reviews, i wanted to take sometime to write this very honest review for this hotel. We found this hotel after doing a very thorough search of the area as we had not stayed in Delray previously and wanted to try somewhere new out since we tend to stay in Boca area usually. It had fairly good reviews overall so we gave it a try. The check-in process was quite seamless and safe, everyone had masks on and were socially distancing. We were told that there is a hotel shuttle that will take you anywhere within a 3 mile distance including the beach club and thats exactly what we did as soon as we got settled in. The shuttle was right out front and took us to the beach club- which can also be a nice walk if you wanted to walk. The beach club was also very clean and safe. Our first day had gone great and was going great and then things started to change. The hotel is located on a busy street, which we were aware of, but did not realize how loud it gets after 11pm, especially if you have a room(which ours was a premium room) that faces Atlantic ave. It was almost impossible getting any sleep our first night due to noise. The next morning, we asked the receptionist if the shuttle could stop by a dunkin on our way to the beach club and she said of course there was no problem with it which did not seem to be the case when we were rudely told off by the driver who made us feel horrible for asking and when we insisted, he did so with attitude the whole ride. Our second night, it was louder than the first with drag racing going on the main street that was followed up with some sort of a fight and police cars. We were dreading our third night sleep which did not disappoint as it was louder than the first 2 nights and a chronic migraine kicked in due to lack of sleep for 2 nights. When we mentioned this to the receptionist on our way to check out, she did not seem to care one bit. Overall, the hotel is okay, its clean but other than that, is a place we will be avoiding going forwards and wouldnt suggest it to anyone(unless you are a fan of drag racing and sleep deprivation).…
First let me say, anyone that complains about this property is bonkers. The beach club was amazing, service was exceptional, the staff are super friendly and welcoming. I cannot wait to go back! Loved the private beach and amenities. The short ride or walk to the beach club is not a complaint. TOP NOTCH!

Booked a room and spa services (massages) for my aunt's 60th birthday and was blown away by the entire experience. I booked the room online and sent an email request for the spa appointments. My email was quickly returned and a voicemail was left answering my questions and letting me know what additional info was needed for them to book my appointment. I returned the call and Paige was super friendly and helpful. I called the morning of our stay and spoke with the front desk manager who was also super friendly and accommodating about an early check in and surprise champagne delivery to our room for my aunt. When I checked in, all of the front desk staff, valets and bellmen greeted us with hellos. The hotel was beautiful, clean and all of the employees we passed said hello. Room doors are sealed so you know the room was properly cleaned. Every employee wore masks. When the champagne I had offered was delivered, they even included a birthday card for my aunt signed by the hotel which was a nice touch. The bellmen stayed to open the champagne and pour a glass for each of us before leaving. They offered complimentary rides anywhere on the Ave and even came to pick you up when you finished. The next day we had our spa services - everyone at the check in area was super friendly. Our massages were INCREDIBLE! I had Danielle - she was amazing! I get massages often and she had a great touch, perfect amount of pressure and made me so relaxed I didn't want the massage to end. We did wear masks during the massage as did the therapist, so it was very safe. After our massages, they brought us prosecco to enjoy in the lounge. After our massages we went to have brunch at the hotel before checking out. While waiting for our car, we ran into one of the spa employees who sweetly asked about our brunch experience as we had told her we planned to go for brunch when we left the spa. It was really great customer service that she had not only remembered our plans, but made sure we enjoyed it. All of the staff are incredible, great customer service, great amenities, very clean and safe - would definitely recommend and I will definitely be back.…
