Regency Inn and Suites was just what I needed after a long day's drive. It was comfy, quiet and easy-on, easy-off from Interstate 10. This was the first time I have stayed here on my frequent family trips to Florida and I will stay here again. Additional plus, a sweet winery is located just down the hill.

We stopped late so it was very dark and we were both exhausted! The only good thing I can say is the bed was clean and comfortable. The carpets are stained and filthy, the walls are newly painted, which sprayed directly onto the edges of carpet... The toilet is the height for a 5 year old..so if you are over... More

I booked this room based on the great reviews here and on hotels.com but don't be fooled like I was. Sure, the location is convenient and the rate is low but the photos are misleading. The pool is I tiny fenced in lap pool overlooking the highway and the interstate. The rooms are run down and dirty, it looked like... More

It's clean and quiet. There's hot food in the morning, as well as a small pool. You might be turned off by the outward appearance and cramped rooms, but all hotels look alike when you're asleep. The best value you can hope for in Florida, especially in the summer. If you're crashing here overnight on the way to somewhere nicer,... More

Was looking at getting a room for $60 while traveling on I-10. Was going to arrive at 7am after traveling all night and called ahead for final price and was informed that I could check in. After all the fees I had to pay once I arrived the total jumped to $106. $20 early check in fee, $10 for pet... More

I don't quite understand all the positive reviews for this hotel. Although it's certainly not the dirtiest I've stayed, it needs a serious upgrade of everything. The TV was the best part of the room. There was a huge hole in the bottom of the bathroom door and the whole room just looked old and worn out. The decor looked... More

Husband and I stopped here on our way to New Orleans. It was an ok stay. The shower was very warn but the rest of the room was fine. Clean and worth a nights rest. The breakfast was ok. It was a hot breakfast but the coffee was weak. I'd recommend but make sure you get a good rate if... More

This is a 1 night stay b4 me & my 14 yr old daughter week stay @ PBC. Staff was Very friendly. Room was clean. For a 1 night stay I had absolutely no complaints. If I had to say anything bad it would be that room was small, but they may have larger ones, I didn't ask. (Again just... More

Major problems at this ex-Travellodge hotel. Massively over-priced for what is a very basic motel with serious issues. Run down, unwelcoming, needs some major TLC. Pool had lots of debris at bottom. Major issue was the very limited space to sit and eat breakfast (there are 2 tables for 50+ rooms!) However cleaning room staff were very helpful and friendly.

Clean and quiet, decent breakfast. Very convenient along our route. Run by a pleasant couple who were very accommodating. We only needed a hotel for the night on our way home, and this fit the bill. Room was clean and beds were comfortable.
