Whether you’d like to try RV camping, glamorous tent camping for two or your family or staying in a tiny house on the lake, this gem has something for everyone. Only a few minutes north of Interstate 10, the relaxing atmosphere of this remote yet well appointed campground has us hooked. Many amenities including a nice pool, numerous lighted docks for fishing, daily fish feeders, yard games, fire pits, comfortable places to sit and relax. Great for couples or families with children or teens.

This is a great campground. Full hookups, concrete pads, beautiful views of the lakes! Fishing from several of the docks, boat rentals or bring your own (see lake restrictions), kayaks for rent as well. Clean swimming pool and nice deck area. Game room, laundry room. Very nice and clean restrooms! The store is very nice as well and has a great selection of Tee shirts, hats and other items for purchase. Ice for sale on premises as well.

This place is a great place for a weekend or longer. Surrounded by lakes for fishing. Nice pool and wonderful bathrooms. The sites are large and fairly level. The park is very clean. They also have little cabins and glamping tents that are very cool. The staff was wonderful and the camp store has really cute unique items. We will definitely be back and tell our camping friends about this place.

We spent the last week in January 2020 in this campground, site #K9, overlooking King Lake. All sites were paved. We have stayed in at least 50 campgrounds from the mid-Atlantic states thru the southern states and Twin Lakes Camp Resort had the nicest bathrooms af all! (this includes national, state, civil engineered, and private campgrounds) They were individual bathrooms and each one was very clean, tiled, had nice sized walk in showers with great water pressure, and a beautiful copper sink on a whiskey barrel. There are so many beautiful springs around. Our favorite was Ponce De Leon Springs Park. The only thing that was missing for me was a fenced dog area so my lab could have been off leash. If you need a spot to let your dog run, there is a great park across the street from Walton High School which is a short drive from the campground.

Twin Lakes is a clean quiet campground with beautiful surroundings. The personnel are very friendly and most helpful. Bathrooms look to be newly renovated and are spacious and clean. Activities are planned that you may participate in but there is no pressure.
