Went to Deerfield Beach for an MMA event and this hotel was the one chosen by the promoter. Upon arrival, we thought the room wasn't bad for the price, HOWEVER, when we returned from the event we were greeted by at least 5 roaches all over the room. We decided we could not spend the night there and told the front desk of the situation. They apologized and said the manager would contact me for a refund, which they did not. On the second day of trying to contact the manager, I decided to get hotels.com involved. They finally reached out to Eddie, the front desk manager, but were only able to get them to agree to 50% refund. I should not be responsible for paying a penny to a hotel with roaches and also hold Hotels.com responsible for keeping a filthy establishment in their bookings. After reading some of their reviews, I see plenty of other folks have complained about bugs in the rooms!

Good area, quiet, clean rooms, need a little attention to the smell of the carpet, need freshness to it can smell stale, other than that it it rated a full five (5) star, I will recemend it to any and everybody to stay .

My family and I was trying to find a hotel near Coconut Creek that was pet friendly. a pet friendly hotel site steered us towards this hotel due to the "No Pet Fee". We booked online and checked in later in the day. Upon check in, it was quickly noticed that the lobby smelled musty. My wife went on up to the room to leave a bag and use the restroom. She came back down telling me that she thought she seen a dead cockroach floating in the toilet. I told her that maybe it was a palmetto bug or something and we would check it out when we got back to the hotel in a few hours. When we returned, we went straight to the room. within less than 5 minutes, my wife screamed and pointed at the base of the TV which was mounted to the dresser at the end of the beds. There were multiple baby and large German Cockroaches. They started scattering to try and hide when I went to get a closer look. We grabbed our belongings and went downstairs to check out. When I told the two employees at the front desk about it, they didn't seem to think it was nasty or a big deal. I asked for a refund and they asked if I wanted a different room. I told them no, that I was not staying in a different room if there were sooo many in that room. I was advised to contact the company I booked through for a refund. We did just that and left. As we walked out, our kids were saying things like "Thank God! that place was so nasty and stinky!" Do yourselves a favor, spend the money for a pet fee and stay somewhere nicer.

Overall was a good stay. Our trip last 4 days. We found the area centric near by the freeway I-95 from the airport Ft Lauderdale some 20 minutes witch is near. I would like you to improve the breakfast, cold eggs in the morning no no. The room was clean for the price was fair. My room was near the stairs in the second floor no problem at all.
