Super friendly front desk, clean and comfortable room. One night stay was perfect to end our Florida trip. Next time we will stay a few days to take advantage of the amenities, like beach umbrella and chairs. We had a bite to eat at the Patio Bar and that was also enjoyable.

We had booked this hotel mainly because of the location. We stayed 4 days and as we interacted with the emplyees came to like it more and more. All the workers are very hardworking from the housekeeping to the front desk to the valet & pool area they were extremely pleasant and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Never been to the Wyndham Deerfield Beach Resort…or Deerfield Beach for that matter…until Hurricane Ian decided to pay a visit to the southwest coast Florida coast in late September. We live in Tampa and the only place in Florida that did not have storm watches or warnings posted was a tiny sliver of coastline in Broward & Dade Counties. Normally we’re not ones to run, this storm had the looks of a monster and fortunately we found the top rated Wyndham Deerfield Beach Resort on Trip Advisor and booked a corner suite. What should have been a four hour drive over to the east coast took us nearly seven hours in the driving wind & rain. We arrived around 10 p.m. two days prior the storm’s arrival and the staff who met us were beyond gracious and helpful. Our SUV was packed for Armageddon and the valet, bell team and front desk personnel got right to work and quickly had unloaded and into our room along with a complimentary glass of champagne. Regarding our room, the corner suite was immaculate with floor to ceiling glass that offered magazine quality views of the very angry Atlantic Ocean. The on premise Patio Bar & Grill offered a healthy menu and was open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It seemed that the bar was also a spot frequented by locals…always a sign of good value & service. There were also many outstanding waterfront bars and restaurants in walking distance of the hotel plus the Pier located almost directly in front of the resort. Everyone we met here went out of their way to make us “evacuees” feel welcome from the Executive Chef to front desk manager, Lily, to our favorite waitress and Jamacian music aficionado, Debbie. We can’t say enough good things about this place except see you all again for Spring Break 2023!

I suppose not a bad location for the price, but the pool area (small, with hardly any lounges/chairs), combined with no amenities provided on the beach, pretty much render the beach front amenity as a non-factor. Also, they claim that "due to Covid 19, we can only clean the room every third day". This isn't true of course.

The hotel has amazing beach access, which is perhaps its best quality. You literally walk out the door and the beach is right in front of you. Unfortunately though, Wyndham does not have their own beach chairs/umbrellas, and unless you brought your own, you have to pay a private party either by the hour or by the day. Parking is also not free (or cheap). It is not, however, a “resort.” The pool is very small, an there are very few amenities that would render this property a resort. The rooms are small and show their wear and tear. If you don’t face the beach, you look out to rather unpleasant views of dirty rooftops and noisy streets. The windows do insulate the rooms from outdoor sound though. The staff is excellent...extremely friendly, helpful, and generous.

I had a wonderful experience for my 6 day stay at this hotel. The location was 2nd to none, with 3 restaurants on property to serve us from 7 AM to 11 pm. The staff without exception, were cheery and accommodating to any and all requests. Pristine in the upkeep of rooms and common areas. There was a large convention while we were there but our service did not suffer even with that major obligation. We were within walking distance of shopping, a large variety of off property restaurants and entertainment.. Clean, convenient and great hospitality on the beach...what more can I say. A huge thank you to everyone I dealt with, from housekeeping for extra supplies to the ever "at your service" attitude of the front desk and restaurant staff.

Hotel is in a very busy part of Deerfield beach across the street from the pier and the beach. This provides easy access to beach and restaurants. However if you are worried about Covid the area in front of hotel is very crowded with lots of people. The hotel has a very narrow driveway which does not leave much room to park your car for loading or unloading. If you are traveling with a lot of things this is very inconvenient. When unloading driveway is blocked and other cars and valet are waiting. Self parking is down the street and around the corner which requires you to cross the street twice. Rooms are comfortable but make sure to call the hotel to confirm your room type. We booked an oceanfront room but received a parking lot view where you could get a partial ocean view when standing in the corner and leaning over a desk. Room itself was clean, well furnished, and a good size. However rooms don’t have microwaves or coffee makers. There is a shared microwave for the entire hotel next to reception. Hotel has 3 elevators. One of them was under long term renovation. Second elevator was out of service about half the time of my stay. This led to only one elevator available for the entire hotel and long waits to go up and down. The hotel has a policy of one person or family per elevator but the long waits led to some awkward situations with people trying to crowd into the single elevator. Staff were friendly and helpful so no complaints there. Overall I didn’t feel that this hotel provided a good value relative to the price point (approx $300 night). If I was to visit again would probably look at other options in the area which would provide a better value relative to convenience and amenities.

First and foremost, the hotel and all staff adhere to safety protocols by the CDC. The location is second to none, right on the beach , by the pier and lots of wonderful eateries within walking distance. The restaurant within the hotel has great food at reasonable prices and such pleasant and accommodating service staff. You have the option for self or valet parking, both well priced.
If you want a clean, fun and yet very professional environment to stay while in south Florida, then this is the place to be. ENJOY!!!!

We just got back from an amazing stay at this hotel. You cannot beat the location (especially with kids), the pool, the view (book an ocean view room), and the staff was very friendly. So many restaurants and ice cream to walk to within minutes and the food at the Patio Bar downstairs was also great. Parking was $20 a day for self park but was so convenient and worth it. The hotel even arranged an airport ride for us which was so convenient too.
My only complaint is that I wish the hotel had some more suggestions for people with no car since there is a bus stop nearby but we had no idea how to get anywhere and if some of the local attractions would work with the hotel for pickups it would be great.

The staff at the Wyndham Deerfield Beach Resort was phenomenal. Everyone (from the front desk to the bellman (Cesar) to the pool staff to the restaurant staff) went out of their way to help and make sure our stay was first class. We were very impressed with the service we experienced at the beach. We rented a 3 day beach umbrella and chairs and the attendant there remembered our names from day to day and helped set up our location so we could be close to our children as they played in the water. We loved the access from the hotel to the beach and then how easy it was to get to the pool. We loved that the hotel provided beach towels and also that Cesar gave my daughter beach toys to borrow for the duration of our stay. We will definitely return to this location. The restaurants and shopping are conveniently located and easy to walk to. We highly recommend this resort.
