10/10 do not recommend staying at this hotel UNLESS you are willing to be disappointed in your family/anniversary vacation. Booked a KING oceanfront view for 4 nights, 5 days. Got to the hotel, room wasn’t ready. Came back few hours later, room “wasn’t ready” after driving 10 hours with an infant, we were ready to be in our room and were upset that it still was not ready. So, their solution was to switch us to a partial view QUEEN double bedded room. When we paid for a KING oceanfront bed. Asked the lady why we got a queen double when we paid for a king oceanfront, she replied with “ we don’t even offer a king oceanfront so I’m not sure how you booked it” when I very clearly showed her my booking confirmation with every specific detail. Inexcusable. Got to our 700$ room, mini fridge didn’t work, both comforters were DISGUSTING, no wash rags, 1 towel. Carpets hadn’t been vacuumed, bathroom was disgusting. Went downstairs to receptionist and new solution was to switch to a “ new “ room. 5 doors down, same queen double bed. Both comforters were nasty in this room as well. We got tired of having to complain, so we have just been dealing with it. Ordered breakfast on the first morning, got charged 24$ for 3 bacon egg cheese “ biscuits “ that were cooked on a hamburger bun. Not one person told us you had to pay for breakfast, even when you paid 700$ for a crappy room already. Ridiculous. Went to get a drink from their snack station, 8 oz can coke was 2.13$ PLUS tax. No WiFi available unless you are a diamond member, who cares if you paid 700$ to stay and can’t even get breakfast and WiFi included. NONE of this was stated on their website or we wouldn’t have came here. Stay at another hotel. We will NOT be back.

I'm very sorry that you feel as though you had a negative experience during your time here in Daytona Beach. In the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic we are facing new challenges that haven't been presented in the past. For your safety and staff safety they do not enter or service your room during your stay, hence the offer to move rooms. We do offer complimentary wi-fi to every guest as you use your last name and room number to get logged in. Our pantry only has 12 ounce cans of assorted sodas and our cooked to order breakfast unfortunately cannot be provided for free. Thank you for your feedback and stay safe! -Murray F. Hotel's Favorite
We choose this hotel as our mother/daughters mini escape. It exceeded everyone’s expectation. It was truly what we needed to reconnect and recharge. My sisters live in Wisconsin and NYC. All they wanted to do was catch some rays and have a mental escape. They left with much more than that. A beautiful tan and a desire to come back and stay at this exact location. It will now become a tradition! The sunrise steals the show, especially when watching it right from the balcony. One would think it is front and center to your room. Thank you to your staff for your attention to detail. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with enthusiasm and a smile. I love the daily quotes and the photo backdrop. The breakfast and dining staff were superb! No need to leave the hotel. Everything you need is at your reach. Thank you again for putting service, cleanliness and quality above everything!

I have stayed at a lot of Hiltons. I have to say by far this one had the most genuine staff. Joe and I dont know his last name but he was a Front desk Clerk. The first impression of the hotel besides the Lobby. Joe had to be the kindest soul I have come in contact with in a very long time w all the hate in the world. He was very professional but yet kind, funny, courteous and just overall nice person. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The entire staff was great. There was also a lady that came to the pool to see if we were good, unfortunately i didnt get her name but she was very caring also. I would definetly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Daytona beach area but most definately better than the Huge Hilton down the road.

We arrived and check in was seamless. Our room was on the 3rd floor with a king bed and a balcony. The room was clean. There is no maid service at this time due to the virus. This was fine with us as we brought our own pillows and blankets. The room had a half fridge, microwave, and a keurig coffee maker. The first night the hotel was quiet and we slept well. The second night some guests came in late about 2am and proceeded to have a loud argument in the hallway. The next morning when my hubby went to run a load of our luggage to the car someone had vomited all down the hallway. It was dry by then and when he approached the front desk they acted like it happens all the time. Overall, the location is good the hotel is across the street from a Publix grocery store, a Denny's and Marshalls and a number of other stores. The hotel looks ok but you can tell it gets beat up by guests.frequently. My main complaint is that no one not the guests or the staff wore a mask or gloves. Yes, there was a piece of plexiglass at the check in but again no staff at any time that I saw wore a mask. People I felt looked at us like we were the weirdos with our masks on. If you have health problems, and dont want to get the virus you may want to stay elsewhere.

Nice hotel with a balcony right on the beach. We stayed in the room that has an extra bed/ area and my daughter loved the idea of having her own "room" that she could spread out in. Room and amenities are what we have come to expect from a Hilton property. Pool and hot tub were nice, right on the beach. Access to the beach was perfect. Parking was tight; ample enough that we didn't have any issues finding a spot. Beach was clean and wasn't too busy. Breakfast was tasty. Due to COVID-19, it is order to go instead of a buffet; it was cooked fresh and hot. Definitely recommend this hotel 10/10. It is on our list for our next visit to Ormond.
