The bath tub listed to one side. Bed was awful. Sounded like it was on old iron springs and the mattress was totally worn out. One outside hot tub was broken; the other was only half full. The indoor pool was murky.

Checking in was ok. Ken at the frontdesk in particular was great. The room wasn't very clean and the 3 days we stayed there nobody cleaned the room. The room was fine and spacious but the furniture was realy old and the room smelled funny, moist. But waking up with the sound and the view of the ocean makes it...

This was a vacation with my best friend who is dying. It was very stressful to deal with friends illness and then to have staff literally yelling at me!!! Not acceptable on any level. In our 6 day stay we asked for room service once and they did not even empty garbage!!

They really try to please you and make your stay enjoyable. I would like to see the remodeling over and done as that would improve the stay. I would like to thank the staff and management for working with me at Grand Seas as the booking people in Orlando are dumb as hell and don't try to work with you...

We were fortunate to have a room on the 6th floor. The view was magnificent. Sounds of the ocean waves striking the beach excellent. The one bedroom suite was nicely equiped with a furnished kitchen and a pulIout sofa. Coinop laundry was across the hall. Publix super market is across the street. I watched beautiful sunrises, sunsets and moon risies....

Let me preface my review with the following - Exploria Resorts recently purchased this property and is currently in the process of renovations. If you are familiar with Summer Bay Resort, I understand that Grand Seas will be renovated in that style. In the meantime, this location does not meet Exploria standards - it is an old, dated property with...

I have been to Grand Seas many time. If this was not so, I would not have been impressed and probably would not go back. I understand there was a hurricane and the resort is undergoing an upgrade but there were many things not right. We had no water the first day. We discovered this when we stepped in the...

I know it is in the renovation process, the outside is looking good. It seemed we had the oldest room on site. You could not read the stove settings (they were worn off) and the refrigerator was rusted. The mattress was awful!!!

The hotel is in need of a lot of work. paint peeling off the walls. stove is bad shape, microwave missing some of its parts. cold floors. droves of strange people wandering hallways. the outside pool is under repairs, the mini golf course is unusable. Hard core vacation club sales from the moment you enter the hotel. The check in...
