The location at the beach and the pool area were great. Bonus for long opening hours in the pool area. It was not so great that our room didn't get cleaned and the breakfast was nothing special (but it seldom is in hotels like this)....More
Keys stopped working several times a day. Very aggravating!! At night, pool dangerous. Area not lit and no lights in deep end of pool. The children had to stay huddled around the two lights by the steps. Breakfast is a joke! Bag donuts and bagels...More

Bagels, bread, English muffins, butter, cream cheese, jelly, whole fruit (I saw banana's and apples) cereal, milk, coffee, juice, mini muffins, mini donuts, mini cinnamon rolls, Little Debbie Oatmeal creams, instant oatmeal. The Mini's come out of a large clear container like the ones you get at Walmart or Sams. You have to eat it in the breakfast room and cannot take anything out of the room. Usually there is a man standing in the corner with his legs braced apart and his arms crossed behind his back, watching every move everyone does. Uncomfortable........
