We were impressed when we arrived. Lobby was clean. Staff friendly and informative. Room was clean. Great room. #600. Top floor on the end. Great view. Bed comfortable. Bathroom nice. We were happy. The downside was housekeeping was very noisy early in the morning. Tiki bar is a nice touch. We ordered cheesy fries and could not eat them. Fries tasteless and the cheese barely qualifies as cheese. But staff was friendly. Checkout was easy. Parking took several tries. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Simple room but a nice view. I recommend as a couples get away. Just skip the Oasis if you want quality food. Plan on being woken up early by slamming doors and loud conversations on walkie talkies.

We stayed for bike week and it was a short walk to Main Street as well as International Drive. The room we stayed in was ok, we liked the laminate flooring instead of carpet. The bathroom was very small and every time we took a shower, water would drench the floor. The sink was outside the bathroom. There is also a kitchenette w a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster which came in handy if you want to have your own food. Of course it was bike week so if you cant sleep w noise, forget it. The so called "breakfast" consisted of coffee, pastries and cereal. No eggs or anything hot. They had apple, cranberry juice, the OJ was out the whole week we were there. No sauna as that was out of service and I don't recall seeing a fitness area (either it was tucked away or not in service).

Thank you. Our breakfast is advertised as a continental breakfast, which by definition is coffee and/or tea with bread, we offer much more than that. The Oasis Tiki bar also offers an "all you can eat" breakfast during Bike Week for a price.

Ive stayed at the Fountain 5 or 6 times. This trip we stayed in room 624. First things first, each room is owned by a different individual, so do not base the whole complex from this review and these pictures. As a whole, we love the fountain! The bathroom has a piece of glass that only covers half the tub so you cant pull the door shut to keep the heat in. So you freeze while showering. The shower head has at water savers in it and with the low pressure youre going to be in there a while, freezing. And then of course the water that does bounce off of you soaks the bathroom floor because there is no door to close. The door to the bacony didnt shut all the way and had a large gap that you can see daylight through. The trim also had a gap that was large enough to see daylight through. The "Bathroom sink" had God knows what all over it, corrosion, dried toothpaste, who knows, i took pictures so you can decide. The dirt from whoever stayed in there before was swept in a nice neat pile by the front door and left. The sliding door tracks for the closet looked pretty terrible. The window to the balcony was digusting. I have pictures of it. Also, the door going to the balcony had black liquid that had been dried to it as seen in the pictures. The pool area is open, but ocean side the wall caved in from the hurricane so theres no chair out on that side to lay out on. The swimming pool heater was also broken and the water is really cold. While "No Smoking in the Pool Area" signs are posted, people still do and nobody goes out there to ask them to put them out. Parking is at a premium. It can be difficult to find a spot to park. If you own a pickup truck your parking skills will be tested every time you leave and try to return. The elevators are slow and smell like pot. Idk if someone smoked pot in them everyday that we stayed there, someone sneaks into the elevator shaft to smoke it or what. It smelled like pot. Also, the elevators are slow,both of them. I know they cant add more elevators so theres no real fix to that. Of the 5 or 6 times ive stayed here ive been in 2 rooms that the owners really cared about your experience. The rest have been anywhere from not great to really bad. I feel like The Fountain ought to hold the owners to a certain expectation, but until then, itll be a roll of the dice. It can be hard sometimes with room selection, especially if someone books online, it will automatically choose a room for you. When we checked in we the front desk staff was very helpful. Once we went to the the room we found food left in the refrigerator, a wash cloth wedged in the bathroom door, molded shower curtain and a ceiling fan that appeared that had not been cleaned in quite a while along with the ceiling the fan above. We went to dinner and when we came back found out there were no light bulbs in the fixtures. The room owners offered another room, but the conditions were the same. We checked out that night and went somewhere else.

My girl friend and I stayed at this resort back in August. The rooms were great and very clean. The staff was great, I loved the tiki bar. The location was perfect walking distance to the pier and many activities and most of not all rooms were ocean view. I have no complaints about this hotel. I look forward to my next visit.

After checking into room 210 and starting to get settled we found a roach and the rugs in tbe room were not cleaned. The tile floor was freshly mopped. Room was obviously cleaned but not well enough. Rate was good of $54 before taxes and hotel fee. Have stayed 5 times previously with no issues.

We had made reservations guaranteed for late arrival, and when we arrived we were told the hotel was booked solid. Their excuse was their booking system was “evil.” They also said all other hotels on the water were booked which was not true. Utter disregard and dismissal, they couldn't have cared less after we had driven hours and hours to get there. We should have read the awful reviews. Stay away and book elsewhere.

This hotel discriminates against people with disabilities, and require certification paperwork for service dogs, which is illegal to request. We are filing charges against the hotel. Juan at the desk is both rude and unprofessional. It is poorly managed and they are reputed for charging extra fees after checkout.

This hotel has been sorely maintained. Hotel staff discourteous and very unprofessional. DO NOT STAY THERE! It was filthy, the room smelled of smoke. And hallway smelled of pot smoke. I was chastised by the continental breakfast attendant for taking 2 Styrofoam cups of coffee back to the room. Was told that the hotel doesn't allow it because if I spill it she will have to clean it up. Peeling paint on the ceiling. Water damage above the window, rusting closet door tracks. And, the most ridiculously small toilet possible.

Stayed here for 1 night during bike week 2021, and although the location was excellent, the room was not. It was in need of updating, and in desperate need of a good cleaning, especially the bathroom. Staff at the front desk were friendly. The pool looked very nice, but we did not go in. The tiki bar was also a nice addition. Not sure I would stay here again though.
