My daughter and I stayed there last night. It was our first experience at a bed and breakfast and we were just blown away by how beautiful it was and how sweet Art and Polly are. We booked for next weekend too! We are now going to try and make it a monthly treat! It was so relaxing, such comfortable, beautiful rooms...Art and Polly are just the sweetest people in the world, they really make you feel like family. Breakfast was delicious! I can’t wait to go back!

We have stayed at this locations 3 times and it is by far the best. Art & Polly are the most gracious warm hearted and very sincere owners we have ever met. They cannot do enough to please their guests. When you step foot in their front door, you feel like you home. The food served every morning on a scale of 1 to 10 is a 10. I'm on a low fat diet and they made me what I requested for breakfast every day. Dawn and I loved our room and the furnishings through out the house are amazing. We are looking forward to go back next year.

Boyfriend and I went on the weekend of the 25th to see America, the band. We arrived Friday around 6:15 PM and Polly let us in with the code given over the phone. I had booked the River Lilly room for that one night only and I regret not having stayed for the whole weekend! The room is so beautiful and comfortable. Poly and Art are a review apart. I have never met hosts who make you feel so much at home like they do. It’s a gift to any guest! Breakfast was home made and scrumptious!!! While having breakfast we were graced by Art singing and playing the guitar to the most awesome songs, including America! How amazing is that? To anyone wondering where to stay in Daytona..look no further! I can’t wait for the next opportunity to visit Polly and Art and that enchanted place!! :)))

We started staying here for my husband’s birthday weekend so he could attend the Rolex. We were greeted and taken care of like family. The breakfasts are outstanding and the view just beautiful. We will continue to stay with Art and Polly whenever we are in the Daytona Beach area.

We left it too late to book a hotel for the thanksgiving Turkey run, we found the River Lily and now we wouldn’t choose to stay anywhere else when visiting Daytona. It’s a wonderful place, every room is beautiful, we had a balcony to enjoy the view of the river, it was quiet and safe. The breakfast is outstanding. I don’t think you could go wrong with a stay at this lovely place.

This was the best unexpected surprise! My partner and I found this property with the help of Hotel.com. The minute we arrived we were greeted with Love and Beauty. The owners are hands on and so happy to provide you with everything you need. Although this was just one night we shared, this experience is one we will cherish. The rooms are delightful, clean, cozy and comfy. One if the owner's is a artist and his work is beautifully displayed! He even plays the piano and cooks! The breakfast was beautifully displayed and delicious. We truly did not want to leave and can't wait to return. This was my partners Birthday and one he will smile about😊 Aloha, Brad and Susan

Art and Polly really made us feel at home here! It was our first stay at a Bed and Breakfast and it was more than what we expected...it was phenomenal. From the food, music, art work, friendly staff and all around positive and relaxing atmosphere this is definitely a place that we will tell our family and friends about.

No matter what your personality you will feel at home at this inn. The owners are very welcoming and accommodating. We rented 5 rooms for our family to join us for our wedding at the Chart House. The beds and bathrooms were clean and luxurious but the River Lily/Bridal Suite was beyond words, with its vaulted ceiling, skylights and spectacular view of the sunrise. The house is full of interesting paintings and collectibles. The breakfasts were delicious and generous. Each day there were freshly cut fruit salads with home made whipping cream, scrambled eggs (with tomato or onions/peppers), crispy bacon, sausage or ham, homemade blueberry or apple pancakes, banana bread, orange juice and coffee/tea. They even accommodated my food allergies and salt-restrictions. Art sang each day…
