We were here this past weekend for the first time. We couldn't have been happier with the facilities, staff and natural surroundings. Highly recommend. Our dogs loved the dog park. Views of Lake are outstanding. Saw an alligator and a Bald Eagle from boat dock.

Just got back from a short stay with friends at Lake Rousseau RV Park. We were really impressed with the place. Staff and everyone we met there were very friendly. It's a combination of snowbirds, permanent residents, and both short- and long- term campers. One plus is that you can hook up your rv to the sewer. Also it's really... More

New travel trailer. 2nd time out. Camp ground was as advertised. Fishing is good and plenty. Large mouth bass, Blue Gills jump on your line. Small cement pad. Cable, water and sewage all worked. Nice shower and pool area. Small dog runs. Rainbow State park was near by. Old stile Florida town 8 miles away. My wife and I would... More

Our first time here and it was wonderful. The staff was very courteous, friendly, and helpful. The park was very clean and well maintained and even replaced shiners we lost,(stolen) even though they were not at fault. They made sure our stay was as good as it gets, bar none. They even helped a resident camper salvage his boat after... More

Quick trip to Florida to get out of rainy Atlanta! Nice spots and helpful staff. Most campers are snowbirds or regulars...older crowd. It is definitely not a resort :) Bathhouse was clean and hot water was good. Only negative is wifi was terrible at night!! Too many people using it!! Lake was nice for fishing but not for kayaking. Was... More

Stayed here from time to time since 2007 and always a friendly and complete camping experience. We started in a van which left much to be desired but now we have a tiny trailer that has AC, a fridge and TV so we are glamping now. This is a great camp with all the amenities, WIFI, cable, a nice pool,... More

We are looking for a permanent place to retire. Saw the pictures and reviews and rode down to look. Lake is beautiful but trailers are old and have lots of "stuff " around them. Very close together. It is very far to a store etc. We will keep looking. Not for us.

This was the second time we have stayed here. We stayed for a week this time. Easy sites to get your RV in. The staff very friendly. We will definitely be staying there again. Very close to the boat launch for the lake. Enjoyed fishing and watching the alligators. We took our kayaks and didn't have to walk a mile... More

Stayed in the spot nearest the lake and had a beautiful view, easy pull through adjacent to the boat put in. Checked in after a rain storm so their computer had to re-boot before we could sign in. During the restart, person at the desk just continued paying attention to her cell phone activities vs. paying attention to the computer... More

Camped here for a long holiday weekend. Staff was very nice and helpful. We had a great view of the lake. The winds coming off the lake kept us comfortable and the bugs away. Very boater friendly. The whole campground was kept clean during our entire stay. They even had crafts and fishing tournament for the kids.
