This is one of the worst hotels I have ever been in. If you're an anxious person that needs silence to relax, this is not the place for you. The whole lousy building is alive and it makes annoying noises non-stop, it seems there isn't a single thing in this infernal building that doesn't make annoying sounds non-stop. The clicks, the clanging, the sounds of things dropping to the floor are actually the building itself that does (I used to think it was a neighbor from the apartment above), the freezer, there's constant rattles, booms, bangs, clicks, clangs, and what else you can possibly imagine. If you're not a heavy sleeper those things may disturb your sleep. It's a true nightmare. As the saying goes, water dripping everyday, wastes hard rock away.
Appliances: Stovetop, both of 2 burners: broken. Had to microwave a steak. Lightbulbs: 4 burned out and not promptly replaced. Hairdryer: burned out. Fridge: faulty installation—can’t open the door without opening hallway door. Bed: sagging and buggy. Carpeting, ceramic floor: filthy. Etc. Construction workers day and night. At night and weekend, the rap music is so loud it’s heard outside. Door faulty. Wifi doesn’t work. And more. Repairs: fuggedaboutit. The “refurbished” rooms don’t present an improvement. I noticed the cleaning lady feels a bit strange around the guests while cleaning the apartment. Even though we keep it pretty tidy and just wanted the floor, bathtub, mirror and new set of blankets/towels.It’s understandable with the people she sees. She no doubt has her orders. But who checks off on guest-readiness? A lot of random people for sure; I saw some weirdos for sure... Don’t count on maintenance or other help. Or adherence to COVID precautions.…
Bad breakfast Good service Please improve the cleaning service Good TV Bad wifi Good location Expensive laundry Amazing service especially Nora Good management No facilities Some of the pots are inreally bad conditions
It is basically on the famous Miracle Mile road. Hotel is very clean. Credit goes to GM Rosario. Was greeted well at the desk by her and Angelo. Angelo was very helpful. Good customer service. If you google Miracle Mile ... you will see upscale restaurants and very nice shopping stores. Enjoyed my stay here. Thank you
Good basic hotel if you’re not very demanding. I like the kitchenette and the cleanness of the rooms. “Breakfast included”? That’s a joke. They have a coffee stand with prepacked muffins in the hallway. Pretty noisy rooms (street/airco/fridge/bathroom ventilation).
