Clean but all the time different price. Sometimes cheap sometimes over the average. At the end its good for family. If you need microwave i think you have to say. Because not all rooms have. it depends. Everytime rooms have good smell.

The family needed a place to stay for couple of nights when my son was invited to participate in a UM Concert Band Program. As it wasn't a "vacation" we decided to save money and stay at a "budget" hotel. Gables Inn fit the bill. It's an "old school" Florida vacation hotel. The rooms are spartan but clean. The location... We found this nice, comfortable, inexpensive place by accident and we are glad we did. Its a 15 minute ride to the port and we were leaving the next day on a cruise. It was clean, older hotel with free wi fi and breakfast. We would return!

It's true that we are talking about an old and modest motel on the highway. Parking (good point) and also high speed WiFi were both free. No luxury but clean room and bathroom, with soft sheets and towels. No bugs. Good shower in flow and temperature. When looking for comfort one should choose a more expensive hotel, but if you... Yes, it is an old motel on a busy road. It is not elegant. Our daughter was staying on the Miracle Mile paying $300 per night. We chose Gable Inn at $99 per night. The room was clean. the WiFi was free and fast, the sheets were clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, the shower was nice,... More

It's a cheap hotel for cheap. Other reviewers said dirty but my room was clean. Yes, there is mismatched furniture and the bathtub caulk was not exactly straight. Expect odd-sized rooms, noise from US 1 and the rooms vibrate when the Metro train passes right across the street. I wouldn't describe it as a family hotel. Breakfast expect a loaf... More

Work next to it. Very bad. Dirty and a lot of weird characters stay there. I even think a lot of call girls visit guests. Looks very poor on the outside and the rooms look nasty. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Not impressed at all, stayed here prior to a cruise. Room was blah, poorly decored. Noise level from adjacent street moderate, bagels for breakfast were stale, coffee was somewhat bitter. Bed was firm.
