We always book into the Hotel Colonnade when staying in Miami - its location is perfect, as an Autograph hotel its uniquely interesting and the Valet and Reception staff are incredible...

I rented a cabana for my son's birthday... I wanted to pay cash that also became a situation... When I went to close out the tab I was charged for my Vallet ticket and it was never stamped... I rented the cabana through Resort Pass and sadly it does seem like the property is prepared to handle these types of guests yet...

Our entire family of 14 stayed at the Hotel Colonnade for our son's February wedding. Genesis, the group reservation person, was very helpful with block arrangements for our other out of town guests... I emailed her with questions; she quickly responded and patiently walked me through everything... Three of our young grandchildren romped in the pool which also had different seating opportunities for those who wanted shade and conversation... Several of our party went running in the mornings and found beautiful routes; someone at the desk could help with some recommendations... Finally, I wanted some clarification with our bill and Bella and Dustin at the desk were very helpful... I cannot say enough good things about Hotel Colonnade...

...We stayed in one of the loft rooms which has a separate open plan upstairs area with a bunk bed and separate sofa bed. We really wanted separate beds for the kids as we had just come off a long flight from the UK and this room looked like it had a good set up for this and this ended up working well... Overall this is definitely a nice hotel, very upmarket with lots of marble floors and nice decor... The room was nice and spacious but actually a little tired in places (eg... frayed carpet) but we did appreciate the separate area (and bathroom) for the kids which actually had a small kitchen/fridge area... Our rate included breakfast for 2 adults which we had in the cafe Aragon restaurant at the hotel which was very nice with everything al la carte vs your usual breakfast buffet... The waitress was very nice and let the kids share the pancakes which was a nice saving given they were around $18 a go... The hotel has a nice pool and hot tub on the 2nd floor and a separate games room with pool table and shuffle board, both which were fun for the kids... It is also located in a great area with lots of restaurants nearby, but as a result you need to pay $35 a night for parking... With everything our room ended being over $500/night which despite being a nice hotel, I am not sure was completely justified so would probably look elsewhere if you are looking for a more value option...

...It is absolutely the best - extremely clean rooms and great attention to detail. The bed linens are so wonderful and the housekeeping staff makes the bed so perfectly... Staff is amazing and welcoming, always smiling and understanding... As I come for weeks in a row, I keep clothing here which is dry cleaned after I check out and then put back into my room for the next week... It is always perfect as well and always in my room when I get there on Mondays - than you Ross and Mia!... Everything about this hotel suits business travelers as well as those on vacation... Great restaurants all around suiting every budget... For anyone who travels frequently, you understand the importance of a hotel that is run well, with great staff and so accommodating... Great gym and outdoor pool as well...

Nice hotel, lovely grand interior and very clean & comfortable rooms. My room was so quiet it took me a few days to realise I was facing the Miracle Mile since I overlooked the pool and it’s set back from the road... The hotel is in a great location for visiting the area and Miami... It’s well connected by public transport and free trolleys so a car isn’t necessary...

This property is located in the heart of Coral Gables and within walking distance of numerous great restaurants, museums, and shopping. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are spacious and elegant... Bar and restaurant onsite, and valet parking is very convenient... From the moment you arrive and hand the car to the valet, to the check-in experience, and Maria in the cafeteria, everyone is so nice and attentive to your needs... Humberto topped it off with such great service and trying to help us at every moment...
