Excellent experience from start to finish. Valet parking staff helpful and friendly at arrival. Front Desk female and bell person fast and informative. Bartender at restaurant was very knowledgeable and pleasant. I watched him try to please an unreasonable guest by remaking a drink 4 times. Bartender had a smile on his face the entire time and was trying to please a very difficult guest with a simple gin and tonic drink. Give the bartender an award for trying as hard as he did.

We arrived a little earlier than our check-in time and Shavaughn was so very friendly during the check-in process and was able to accommodate our early check in. My husband and I were very impressed with all of the staff at the hotel, including the bellmen/valet, restaurant staff, front desk staff, etc. The room was very well appointed with everything you could ask for and was very trendy/instagrammable. There are lots of things to do and see around the hotel, although next time I would be sure to make time to visit the pool deck as it looked very fun and comfortable. The toiletries in the bathroom were fully stocked with Malin+Goetz and the AC in our room was impressive if you love a chilly room. They also have Happy Hour and Power Hour at the onsite restaurants, and Mamey even had live music when we were hanging out at the outdoor lounge. Looking forward to staying here again! Tip: the ATM on property charges approx. a $8 transaction fee (plus your bank fees), you may want to get cash somewhere else if you have the time.…

We had a very nice experience at the hotel that started with a glass of sparkling wine from the front desk agents, followed by a quick introduction to the amenities and an efficient check-in process. Additionally, the employees made us feel welcomed. The room was clean and well-appointed with plenty of space, including in the restroom; the bed was comfy; and a safety (key) system for limited elevator access to the rooms was in place to keep the property more secure. The property has three restaurants, which can be a bit costly but offer the convenience of being steps away, whether by the upstairs swimming lounge and pool or downstairs for a more formal experience with inside or outside seating. As for location, if you plan on visiting Coral Gables, CocoWalk/Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne or even downtown Miami, it’s pretty central to all the mentioned areas, although on the weekdays traffic during the rush hours can slow you down a bit. Hotel hosted a very large and loud party the night we stayed there, making it impossible for guests to sleep before midnight. No advanced warning was given to guests, if we had known I would have switched hotels. Staff did not offer any type of accommodation for the multiple guests who complained. Will not stay here again.

Second time in a row I’ve been placed in a large, sparse, handicap accessible room that backs up to the elevator mechanicals. Bad enough happened twice. Front desk tried to convince me at check in this was an “upgrade”. I’ve stayed here 5 times in last year and they have no repeat loyalty. Won’t be back. And then— after we are given no choice but to accept room, or take a twin queen, we discover a lamp doesn’t work, nor does the tv. Standing by for the engineer to appear. This was a jewel when it opened. It’s lost its luster big time.

Amazing Hotel. Ana & Paula were warm and welcoming. We were there at the same time they had their F1 racing event, they had an amazing event. Everyone there were very professional. Enjoyed using the gym. Love the live music and entertainment on the 3rd Fl. Extremely impressed, I will be back!

This was anniversary getaway with my wife, having stayed there for a few days back in October 2022 for my daughter’s wedding, we hosted a group of about 50 with rooms, breakfasts, luncheons, happy hours on the terrace. We spent the entire time in the hotel except for the wedding. That tells you something , the service, attitude accommodations and the attention towards our stay was superb. the entire team, Shevonne, the director of guest services, ladies were amazing, and the staff at Mamey with all of us was simply awesome. This is why we went back and they made our anniversary celebration memorable at every moment, thanks again to your team Vikash, well done. Great first rate Hotel.
