The hotel is off the beaten path of Miami and Coral Gables. That's bad if you want to walk to an offsite restaurant but great if you want some quiet. The staff was extremely pleasant and courteous and anxious to please without being phony. You do pay for all of this. There is a $22 resort fee that pays for...

When we turned onto the street that the Biltmore was on, we knew we were in the right place, the homes and lawns were immaculate! Upon arrival, I checked in our group of 7 while the valet unloaded our bags. I had completed extensive research on the rooms, so I asked if either the Everglade or Presidential Suite was available...

This was our 2nd stay at the Biltmore and came back due to the excellent experience we had last time. This time we had an unfortunate situation - which I will spare other from reading about - but the Biltmore front desk and staff handled the situation expertly causing us very minimal disruption.

If you are looking for an upscale property in the coral gables area, best to pass this property by. They seem to operate the hotel for the convenience of the hotel, not the guests. Although they did give me an upgraded room, it was beyond noisy. It was at the end of a long hallway, but every night you would...

Dear Guest, my sincere apologies for not meeting any of your expectations. We were unaware of your problems but have reached out to the meeting planner for more insights and review of the scheduled food & beverage events. We accommodate late check-out requests whenever reasonably possible, however, during the peak season months we recommend that such requests are made in...

This was a fantastic hotel which was clean, wonderfully appointed with furniture, beautiful landscaping, symmetry and taste. The food and drinks were fantastic and our 3 year old twins were treated like royalty. The large pool and elegant deck, were a hit and Juan's mojito's were top shelf. Great place to stay and relax.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the historic Biltmore Hotel. My husband, daughter and I stayed a week in March at this absolutely magnificent property. We cannot wait until we are able to return. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. The beds were comfy, the amenities plentiful, and the room, a one-bedroom suite, was expansive. The...

Very old world and traditional. If you want to enjoy the beach, this is not the place but if you are a golfer, you are in the right place. The pool is huge but very crowded. Hotel is beautiful. However you can not get a dinner reservation unless you book in advance as it's open to the public. Walls are extremely thin and noise carries all night long. staff very nice. concierge was very pleasant even when extremely busy with weddings, people wanting bags, cars, cabs, etc. The response of the bell hops was very professional, respectful and prompt to any request. I was impressed. The food was very good. My room overlooked the pool-lovely view, very clean though had a musty smell if the air was not running.

Graced with effortless beauty and sophistication, The Biltmore Hotel is a national historic landmark located in the exclusive Coral Gables area with close proximity to Miami Beach and downtown Miami. The 273-room resort resembles classic Italian, Moorish, and Spanish architectural influences spread over 150-acres of tropical landscape. A favorite of world leaders and celebrities since its opening in 1926, the hotel offers a restored Donald Ross 18-hole, 71 par championship golf course, tennis courts, the largest hotel pool on the East Coast of the United States with private cabanas, a European spa, and an award-winning fitness center. The hotel's dining destinations include the award winning Palme d'Or, recognized by Zagat as one of the best restaurants in the country; Fontana, a traditional Italian restaurant surrounding The Biltmore courtyard and fountain; the poolside Cascade and the 19th Hole Golf restaurant. The hotel also recently unveiled its culinary academy offering an array of hands-on cooking classes for adults and children. The Biltmore is one of South Florida's preferred sites for leisure and business travel, high-level corporate briefings, public policy conferences, and an extraordinary wedding destination.
