My husband and I love this beautiful well maintained hotel. It's impeccable, beautiful, lavish and romantic. The lobby is stunning and the pool is spectacular. Can't wait to revisit again. The restaurants are excellent: lunch by the pool and dinner at Palm dore is beyond words.

HOTEL’S FAVORITE REVIEW
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 22, 2016

Probably my favorite hotel in Florida! In the world of modern high rises of South Beach this is an old world charming grand hotel. Nothing beats this place in my opinion. The grand lobby .. the bird cages in lobby with the finches I can watch for hours. The views of the gold course .. stunning. Rooms are very nice.... More

Stayed 3 nights earlier this month at the Biltmore and this is truly heaven 1) the atmosphere is magical, back in the mid-50's 2) the personnel is very pleasant, 3) the swimming pool is great for the kids 4) the rooms are spacious and have a real caracter, they're not the ones you see at the global brands, 5) the... Date of reservation was may 10th , on the Biltmore website, one tower suite, one bedroom, two queen size beds, four adults, Florida resident rate plan. It was for a family évent, my wife ´s birthday. No room avalaible for four when we checked in, no amenities to celebrate her birthday. Check in was 3 pm, still waiting until 5... More

I stayed at the Biltmore Hotel where my high school reunion was being held. The Biltmore is a classic European style hotel, built in 1926, and renovated several times. Our group booking offered me a Junior Suite, listed at $371 for only $169. Parking and internet were free (valet parking costs more), but the hotel tax and resort fee ($22/day)... More

I can only imagine that this used to be the greatest and best hotel in Florida. The exterior is still absolutely breathtaking, and the pool is glorious. We were lucky enough to have the pool almost all to ourselves, an hour before closing time. Even the lobby was a sight to behold. Now for the more average aspects of our... More

Stayed here in April 2016 for a family event. Despite us booking a variety of rooms (including suites), my room (which admittedly was booked as a regular room - others in my party had booked larger rooms) seemed a bit small and overlooked the front of the hotel (oh well, lesson learned - if you want to be upgraded, you... We visited the Biltmore 6 years ago dreaming to be able to stay in this hotel one day. We just dit it and had two marvelous days. We liked the old style (even if the rooms may be a bit dated), the kindness of the staff especially on arrival, the surroundings and of course the swimming pool. The fitness room... More

This is one of my visit to the the hotel, means it's not my first, but maybe my last. In my las visit 2 years ago I stayed 1 month and this time I'm staying for about 18 days. Would seem that for the hotel this is not important. Now I'll start to detail things that a Hotel of this... More

We stayed last weekend for a reunion. The hotel is indeed grand and beautiful! You couldn't ask for a more lovely place to have a reunion! My issues were the prices of beverages for both evenings. A simple and very small glass of wine was $13.00! I've stayed at many truly wonderful places and never have I seen this! The... More

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Graced with effortless beauty and sophistication, The Biltmore Hotel is a national historic landmark located in the exclusive Coral Gables area with close proximity to Miami Beach and downtown Miami. The 273-room resort resembles classic Italian, Moorish, and Spanish architectural influences spread over 150-acres of tropical landscape. A favorite of world leaders and celebrities since its opening in 1926, the hotel offers a restored Donald Ross 18-hole, 71 par championship golf course, tennis courts, the largest hotel pool on the East Coast of the United States with private cabanas, a European spa, and an award-winning fitness center. The hotel's dining destinations include the award winning Palme d'Or, recognized by Zagat as one of the best restaurants in the country; Fontana, a traditional Italian restaurant surrounding The Biltmore courtyard and fountain; the poolside Cascade and the 19th Hole Golf restaurant. The hotel also recently unveiled its culinary academy offering an array of hands-on cooking classes for adults and children. The Biltmore is one of South Florida's preferred sites for leisure and business travel, high-level corporate briefings, public policy conferences, and an extraordinary wedding destination. The Biltmore is a member of the Leading Hotels of the World. ... more   less
